Lack of cooperation from the hotel and by the same manager, the bags were dropped off unjustifiably and we were detained for 3 days and the bags were placed outside the hotel. The treatment was very bad. I do not recommend the visit and the treatment was also very bad and they did not find an excuse for expulsion. He was very very very rude from the hotel……………… …………………. No, no, I do not advise.

Sehr sauberes, neues Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und befindet sich nahe am Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind modern und  geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr nett, und hilfsbereit. Ich werde das Hotel sicher wieder buchen.

Very clean new hotel. The location is very quiet and is close to the center. The rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. I will definitely book the hotel again.

We booked a suite room, and the air conditioning was hot, and we asked to change the room, and they did not fix the air conditioning. After the first day, we canceled the reservation, so the reception staff’s treatment changed, and they turned off the elevator when we got out of the room, and the room was on the third floor. When we told the reception staff to call a taxi, they spoke to us in a bad tone and said Go and find a taxi on your own abroad, the worst hotel treatment we have experienced in the world
