Best hotel that I've stayed in during my Europe trip. Cool building, nice street outside, AC in the room. Happy with everything.

The staff was friendly and eager to help. The location is superb. We had a problem finding the DND sign to hang on the door, we later found it behind the minibar fridge. But most importantly (!) the wall between the bedroom and the bathroom (including toilet) was made of glass without any possibility to cover the view. There was no curtain, no blocking wall, nothing. You literally could see into the bathroom anytime you wanted. What is this? Why? We didn’t figure out the reason not to give possibility to guest to calmly take a shower or use the toilet.

Bad hotel and smily room , and not helpful , my fight delay for airline issue , i was booked 2 days i asked amend the days they refused and make me lose one night , never stay again in this hotel and no recommended to others

Location is perfect, you can walk almost everywhere and very close to the tram station. First night music from a nearby restaurant was too loud, made impossible to sleep. And there is a bad smell coming from bathroom, I needed to keep my window open most of the time. Other than that everyone was so kind and helpful.

Absolutely amazing location in the cobbled street of Skalarija, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Very atmospheric in the evening. The room was clean and big and the service and help from reception was friendly and excellent. I will come again next time I am in Belgrade.

Clean and comfortable, the bed is big, the room is decorated in blue and yellow tones, the fabric sofa is also very comfortable, and the TV can watch local programs. There is a hair dryer available after washing your hair.

The advantage is that you can watch various music performances for free. The disadvantage is that it is very noisy in the middle of the night. If you mind the noise, you must have an interior-facing room. There is no breakfast, but there are many places to eat breakfast nearby. The location is in the city center, and it is very convenient to go everywhere. There is a market next to it, and it is very convenient to buy various fruits and vegetables. The fruits are cheap and delicious, and you can enjoy them.

The room is average. Below the hotel is a pedestrian street with many music bars and restaurants, which is quite lively. I arrived late, at 11:30. The other hotel I booked at that time was closed and I couldn't check in, so Ctrip arranged this hotel for me. The front desk service was very friendly. The mini bar in the room is charged. Whether to use it depends on your needs. Since I only stayed overnight and went to other places the next day, I checked out very early. Overall, I was satisfied.

Almost in the very center, the rooms are quiet, the air conditioning works great! Internet is fast! the staff is super friendly! The rooms are fresh - everything is clean and tidy, open 24/7. There are many outlets in the room!
