Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park. The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

I’m really thankful with the staff at the reception. They were very helpful during my late check in, and also gave me good recommendations about where to eat and how to get to some places I was interested in visiting. My stay in Belgrade was very short but if I come back I’ll definitely stay in City Nest Modern & Cosy Suites.

There are only two advantages. Location (center of Belgrade). Historical facts - in addition to the historical physics hotel, world famous people have stayed and are staying. And that’s all. They greet you, they help you, as it should be with things up to your room. But the room... this is probably the most interesting.. .Half a step forward is the bathroom, half a step forward is the room, the window faces the inside of the hotel. If you open the door to the room sharply or wider, you can get into the mirror, the closet, which is behind the door, and the minibar with refrigerator is also in the closet. In general, the room is for babies. Yes, and if you are used to or think you will have water, in principle there is NO!!! EVERYTHING IS PAID!!! And yes, if you want to iron something, you will be offered a little more than 600 dinars, and for a speed a little more than 900. There is no toothbrush. Breakfast will be fine, music accompaniment, well done. Beach shoes are not allowed. Yes, if you want, then try the Moscow cake, it’s only real here and you might even get it at breakfast, of course they prepare it everywhere, but here it’s IT)) The breakfasts themselves are normal. Standard, you won’t see any... or else. In general, a solid C. If you want to live in a historical place for fun, then yes, it might be worth taking a larger room. Live for a couple of days and find a better hotel with normal living conditions.

I’d say this hotel fair-to-middling. It’s in a quiet side street, about a five minute walk from Republic Square. My room was clean although small. The staff were friendly but that’s where the positives end. My air conditioning was permanently set to 23 degrees and when I mentioned this to the chap on reception he informed me to ‘open the window’ Hmmmmm! There is also a private spa advertised on their website but this cost €50 to book. Extremely expensive! Breakfast was very poor and the eggs, bacon and sausages in the metal chafing dishes were all cold. A few good points but too many negatives!

My wife and I were excited to be among the earliest visitors to this stunningly renovated hotel. Hotel staff was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our enthusiasm waned as we discovered that the hotel still has some way to go before we could confidently recommend it to others. Issues started cropping up shortly after check-in. Our key card for the room didn’t work, and took several trips back and forth before it was properly activated. In our room, the air conditioning was non-functional, with the temperature remaining at 26°C / 79°F. Despite bringing this to the attention of multiple staff members, the problem remained unresolved. After an uncomfortable first night of attempting to sleep in a warm room, the hotel offered to change our room. We undertook the task of relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor, only to realize that the AC in the new room wasn't working either, with no solution from the staff. It left us wondering why the room wasn't checked for proper functioning before having us move. In the second room, we noticed peculiar marks on the sheets. Pulling them back, we encountered bugs crawling on the mattress, leaving us feeling repulsed. We checked out, providing the front desk with photos and details of the situation. They offered no support or refund, only an apology and said they’ll call an exterminator. Pros: * Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant * Excellent inclusive breakfast * Upscale design elements Cons: * Presence of bugs/insects on the mattress (I won't speculate on the type) * Non functioning AC * Showers leak, leading to bathroom flooding * Automatic closet light turns off when opened and remains on when closed, causing light leakage into the room at night * Absence of top sheets on the bed

Hotel is not bad, located in the pedestrian area. Around many excellent restaurants, bars and pubs. But it is also a huge minus! It is impossible to get to the hotel by car!!!! Be ready to go from the stop of a taxi about 100 meters with suitcases (on a rough bruschat! And in a hill).
Parking is from the nearby street. But ! From parking in the lobby of the hotel suitcases also need to be carried, and on a narrow staircase without elevators! Very inconvenient ! If you have a small baggage - then no problems, but I was gently tortured, first looking for a parking, then the entrance to the hotel. Немыслимо!
In no case, sit on the first floor! Don't sleep until the hour of the night!
The room is clean, comfortable, there is everything necessary.
Experience an abundance of unparalleled facilities and features at Five Points Square - City Center. Maintain seamless communication using the complimentary Wi-Fi at hotel.Effortlessly arrange transportation to and from the airport using the hotel's airport transfer services.

The hotel is situated in a great place, easy walking distance to the centre with all the restaurants and bars. We came for West Ham’s game in Backa Topola - we hired a car at the airport. There’s no parking at the hotel as it’s in a pedestrianised area. We were advised to park in a car park round the corner which could be quite a walk if you had luggage. The hotel is in a building with many floors and is on the fifth floor. There is a lift but it’s very tiny. Otherwise it’s a long climb. Once up there the check in was very smooth - we were too early but they looked after our luggage. The room was adequate , nice and warm and clean. The shower was excellent. A good place to stay in Belgrade.

The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Avenue and Place de la République. However, the price-performance ratio of the room is not high, and the service staff's English is very poor. They charge all kinds of things because you are a foreigner. First of all, there are no slippers in the room. You go to the front desk and ask for them before they give them to you. The room only provides one bottle of water a day. The whole room is very small and compact, 2 stars worse than the nearby Hilton. The room price here is really not worth the money compared to its service and hardware. Secondly, we must remember that when we booked with Ctrip, the city construction tax was included, but when we left the hotel, the hotel charged the city construction tax for both of us. Moreover, Ctrip shows that the price for breakfast is more than 100 yuan, but the hotel here charges more than 20 euros for breakfast per person, which is different from Ctrip. But fortunately, Ctrip's customer service manager helped me solve the problem in time. Ctrip is still reliable when I go out in the future. The front desk of this hotel really feels like bullying foreigners.

Ideally located hotel. Stay here to be within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, museums & sights. All the staff we encountered were very polite & spoke very good English. They were always willing to offer tips for restaurants, sights & transportation around the city. The breakfast had a great selection of healthy options along with the choice of freshly cooked meals. Even though the hotel is situated near to many bars, restaurants & the main shopping street, we never had a bad nights sleep. The rooms were well appointed & kept spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.
I went to Serbia to transfer back home. This hotel is very close to the airport. It has free pick-up and drop-off services. The Chinese boss can communicate in Chinese. The boss is very nice. The boss is kind, kind and enthusiastic. The hotel is clean, tidy and well-equipped. The hotel provides three paid meals a day, and the food is very delicious and authentic. When I left, I personally delivered it to the airport. I really recommend this hotel. Friends who come to Serbia must stay here! The bed in the double room is very comfortable. Compared with the 90 cm wide bed in other hotels, the 1.3 meter wide bed here is very comfortable to sleep on. The hotel is affordable and the price/performance ratio is super high! Recommended!

GGuest UserWhile the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
GGuest UserI would highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect. It is in the city centre. We got a lovely room in the front of the hotel. Big and clean Breakfast was nice. Plenty of choices. I have to say the staff are fantastic. Two members of staff in particular. David is so helpful. I looked for more hangers on the first evening and within two minutes I had another 10 hangers. Later in the week I need laundry bags for packing and a few minutes he got some for me. Nothing is a problem. A very pleasant man that never stops smiling. 😄 Tamara was also very helpful and pleasant Doesn’t that make all the difference when you book into a hotel. You can’t go wrong if you stay here
GGuest UserWe recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.
ZzhiweiVery satisfied, the front desk staff was very considerate and arranged accommodation for me in advance. I was not familiar with it at first and thought that this hotel was a bit remote, but later I found out that the location was OK, not far from the square and the church, and within walking distance.
GGuest UserThe staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.
GGuest UserWhy did I give low rate for ”service” ? Because I would like to emphasize that I find it incredibly strange that most of the employees lack many qualifications such as helping, smiling, being respectful, etc.
The location, cleanliness, architecture, facilities (wellness centre), breakfast and comfort of the hotel are truly wonderful.
Why did I give a low note to ”service”? Because I would like to say that I am particularly indignant that many employees are helping, laughing, respectful, etc. are not in many of the scopes.
The hotel's location, cleaning, architecture, facilities (wellness center), breakfast and comfort are really great.
GGuest UserReflecting on our experience at Joy5 Hotel & ”SPA” in Belgrade: Hotel Staff: We extend our commendation to the hotel staff for their consistent warmth and professionalism. Their practice of rising to greet guests upon entry is a testament to their hospitality. However, it's worth mentioning the logistical challenge posed by the 150-meter distance between the drop-off point and the hotel entrance, particularly with luggage in tow. While a golf cart service is available, its operational reliability remains inconsistent, occasionally necessitating a walk during inclement weather. Housekeeping Service: Our experience with the housekeeping service leaves room for improvement. For guests staying beyond a couple of days, the expectation of refreshed towels and bed linens is reasonable. Regrettably, this anticipation often requires proactive reminders, accompanied by a degree of reluctance from the staff. A more accommodating approach in this regard would be greatly appreciated. Accommodation and Facilities: Turning our attention to the accommodation, our reservation for a ”queen” room revealed an unconventional configuration involving twin-sized platforms and an additional top pad. The usage of a simple sheet as a bed cover resulted in nightly adjustments, and imperfections in the sheets themselves were observed. An attached photographic record is available for reference. The confines of the shower area present limitations, with water overflow being a noticeable concern. On a positive note, a surplus of aging towels is readily provided to address such situations. Locale and Surroundings: The hotel's location along the Danube contributes to a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the convenience of proximity to a modestly-sized mall enhances the overall guest experience. The availability of fresh air further adds to the appeal of the surroundings. Overall Impression: In conclusion, our stay was marked by enjoyment and contentment. However, considering the tariff structure, it is reasonable to anticipate a slightly elevated level of service and quality. It is pertinent to note that our attempt to secure an upgrade was met with assurances that were not subsequently fulfilled. This situation, although mildly disappointing, did not significantly detract from our overall experience. Our assessment of the stay remains generally positive.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located near Kalemegdan, so the location is very central. Touristic places can be visited by walking. The room was not so big but it was enough for two people. not comfy but satisfying for the price.
It is beyond perfect, the location of the hotel is great and you have breakfast at the St. Mark restaurant next to the famous church. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the temperature is wonderful, the balcony view is even more wonderful. I'll come again. I'm glad we chose this place. Really in the heart of the city centre.
I went for the first time in Belgrade from Zagreb. I found this great hotel. It is easy to find from bus station. Location is 10 minutes of walk from Belgrade bus station thru Nemanjina street to Slavija roundabout. I must say how the stuff of hotel is very kind. The internet connection is excellent and the hotel room is very good. The price of room is more than great. Rooms are modern and clean. Next time when I will visit Belgrade. City transport is just in front of hotel and if You walk it takes 10 minutes of walk to city center. I will come again to this hotel.
