Какое интересное заведение, у каждого номера,, как я понял имеется свой стиль,, это очень круто))))) Светлые номера, засчет панорамы, создают ощущение комфорта, приходишь в номер ощущаешь себя будто дома, это великолепно, особенно в долгих командировках

Благодарность сотрудникам — крайне приветливый персонал. Быстро и приятно обслуживают. Номер чистый, всё по полочкам и очень уютно. Порадовало расположение — всё, что нужно рядом. За качественным отдыхом только сюда.

Данный отель очень удачно расположен для путешественников. От жд вокзала ехать минут 7 и от аэропорта минут 5. Также он расположен недалеко от центра, что очень удобно, что бы погулять по этому городу. Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый. Также отель предоставляет вкусные завтраки. Приеду сюда снова, если буду в городе Белгород

Прилетел, заехал в большой тц неподалеку, там же заночевал. Давно не было так удобно в незнакомом городе, обычно приходится поискать всё нужное, а тут же все рядом, приятно удивлён. С утра проснулся, сходил на фудкорт в тц, не мог нарадоваться расположению.

Невозможно было спать!!! Грохот стоял до 4 утра, что дребезжало все в номере! На ресепшене не предупредили, что соседи - КЛУБ ночной!!! (была проездом, не знала, а то выбрала бы другой отель) Жалобы на шум - игнорировались! И даже больше, вы знали куда заселяетесь так сказал администратор! Доплатите и тогда мы вас переселим! Значит были свободные и приличные номера (где нет шума и вибраций), но меня туда не заселили! Хотя сказала что у меня утренний рейс и заезд мой был после 21.00, логично что человеку нужен отдых!!! Но видно решили стрясти денег!!! 1400р - не жирно ли за такой ад? Грязно в душевой, воняло в туалете! Ощущался всем телом плохой матрас! Фен отсутствует (но мне он не требовался). Нет одноразовых тапочек и средств первой необходимости. Только 1 маленький, плохо мылящийся кусочек мыла! Раковина не удобная, умываться было не комфортно. Знала бы что не смогу отдохнуть перед рейсом на самолет (нужен был просто нормальный СОН!), никогда бы туда не заселилась! За 1400 руб за ночь - не стоит того номер! Надо еще скидку делать тем, кто решится жить у них!!! Эти помещения надо использовать как кладовки, но никак номера для отдыха. Может только бухие смогли бы там спать после ночного клуба. Нормальному человеку надо искать другое место для отдыха. Не понимаю откуда хорошие отзывы на сайте?! 3 этаж, ступени, с чемоданом будет тяжело подниматься. Сюда больше ни ногой!!!

Недавно приезжали с молодым человеком в Белгород, остановились в гочэстинице АЭР. Впечатления о гостинице замечательное, очень вкусный завтрак, входящий в стоимость. В следующий раз, по приезду в Белгород, обязательно выберем этот отель.
