Hotel Milano

The hotel is located in a really nice corner of the lake. A public parking partly paid and partly free, in the immediate vicinity, are the only positive notes for this structure. We arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time, and they told us to come back later, but an hour after the scheduled check-in time, they weren't ready and we waited about half an hour. We are not talking about a 4-star hotel, perhaps it deserves one for the location. It needs a total makeover. It's all run down, carpeted room, worn out, and dirty. The entrance door won't close unless you push hard. The windows of the room where we stayed are broken and do not even close. The shower is also very small with the closure made by a plastic curtain (dirty by the way). The bathroom has no windows and the forced aspiration hasn't worked for some time since there are cobwebs in the grill. The heater is located under the sink beyond belief. The bed is a disaster as are the pillows, the lamps on the bedside tables are with exposed electrical wires and therefore dangerous, the bedside tables uncomfortable and one even surmounts the bed with sharp edges. I am of the opinion that, they should make up for this situation as, reading all the previous reviews more or less all the people who have stayed have had the same problem ... Having such a wonderful location, it could be a great hotel but everything and I mean everything is not even to be taken into consideration in the current situation. Obviously not recommended !!!

I stayed one night in this hotel and I did not find any negative aspects, despite the various negative reviews, in the structure, if I have to find a flaw, it is close to the 11.00 check out already communicated the knock on the door at 10.30 of the staff of the housekeeping to warn us to get lost. For the rest, kind staff, spacious terrace, balcony in the room overlooking the lake, I recommend it to everyone do not pay attention to those who put a ball.

Beautiful location, wonderful welcome, great restaurant. We thank everyone for their kindness. Thanks to Maitre Rana, Andrea and Gigi waiters and all the reception staff. The terrace is really fantastic and offers a unique view of the lake.I recommend it to everyone.

Besoin de réno et vite, arrivé et rien de branché, télé airclim’ frigo, la chambre avait l'aird"êre fermé pourl'hivers... Le temps de la douche maintenant... robineterie lache aucun eau chaude dès que le robinet d'eaufroide est ouver un peut pas de pression quand on actionne la pomme de douche’ beaucoup de fuite sur le tuyau, j'ouvre latélé obligé d'enleverles chaise qui bouche la vue du lit, autre chaiseavec dossier en osier défoncé ..., obligé de fermer laclim pour dormir tellement bruillante... et finalement les matelas, vieux, mous et vieux draps, en somme je ne recomande pas cet établissement une auberge de jeunesse est plus propre et tu t'attend à ceci au prix que tu paie mais pas pas cet qui prétend être 4 étoile...
