This hotel is nice and conveniently located close to the City Hall, the rooms are clean and spacious; furthermore, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There was a nice touch when someone made up the room in the evening and left some chocolates.
This is not however a five star hotel, maybe it was at some point, but I don’t think it’s up to the standards of current five stars.
The wifi wasn’t working properly and the bathroom was quite average, the TV was poised in front of the window thus covering most of the natural light coming in.
I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a five star experience.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Belfast city center. Friendly staff, clean room with an excellent view. Currently one of the better places to stay at in the area. Only issue was not being able to park in the hotel which was booked up, but they do offer a discount for a parking space across the street. Will stay here again.

Good location, short walking distance to Victoria Square and City Hall. Roughly 10 min drive from train station. Clean rooms, great service. Pricing was reasonable. Walkable distance to public transportation to Titanic Quarter.

酒店唯一的優點就是位置不錯，出行方便。對於房間不滿意。採用了一些高科技技術，比如廁所門碰觸自動關開，但我們感覺反而晚上很吵，特意請前台工作人員幫我們取消這個功能。還有一點令我們的入住體驗不好，就是把我們安排在地下室的客房，感覺下面幾乎沒有其他客人。不知為什麼給我們很特別的對待。房間面積很小，甚至沒有足夠空間擺放行李。不推薦這家酒店。
