The TV was not channeling anything at all. Worse, the staff knew it in advance and led customers to book the hotel at regular rates, as if everything was working perfectly. Much worse yet, the power was shutt down in the outlets during the whole night (there were no tricks, like inserting the card to have power in the room), DISCHARGING both my phone and laptop. I fortunately woke up in time without my phone ringing and did not check its battery. Later on, 5 minutes before leaving the hotel, I found out I had 1% battery left and was not able to call a car. Already at the airport, I found out the same had happened to my laptop, what stopped me from getting my work done.

The hotel was really nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean when we arrived. The personnel at the front desk was really nice and attendend great, answering our questions and helping where possible

O Hotel Belém Soft é um Clássico, na Avenida Brás de Aguiar, que é super charmosa, com lojas, bares e muitas opções. O Hotel é próximo à Basílica de Nossa Senhora de Nazaré, o que é um atrativo a mais. Ar condicionado perfeito para o calor paraense. Café da manhã com boas opções: frutas, ovos, pães, bolos, mingau de tapioca, cuscuz, queijos e bons pães. O mais importante: Hotel seguro, funcionários dedicados e atenciosos. Com certeza, uma agradável hospedagem!

Um ponto forte deste hotel é sua localização. Há muitos restaurantes, cafés, lojas de conveniência, farmácias, bares,, etc. na vizinhança do hotel, além da proximidade com pontos turísticos da capital paraense. As acomodações são simples, básicas, mas confortáveis e limpas. O café da manhã é farto, com variedade de opções.

Fomos para Belém numa semana em que praticamente todos os hotéis estavam lotados. Fiz a reserva pelo app de mensagem e fui muito bem atendida. Pontos negativos: limpeza realmente não é o forte do hotel, tive que pedir roupa de cama limpas ao entrar no quarto, tinha cabelo e cheiro de perfume nos lençóis e fronhas, muito chato e desagradável. As roupas de cama e banho estão surradas e os quartos não são limpos da forma que deveriam. O ar condicionado é bom e quarto amplo, ducha elétrica boa. O café da manhã é simples mas tem tudo o que se precisa. A ponto mais positivo da história toda é localização super privilegiada. Se forem se hospedar atentem-se para limpeza da cama e quarto.

O hotel é simples e o preço muito bom, café da manhã ok, funcionários simpáticos e solicitos, tinha uma barata no nosso quarto, que foi constrangedor, a cama grande e confortável, a localização é excelente, dá para ir a pé para vários lugares como cafés e restaurantes, fica em frente ao Marcelino café que é magnífico. Vale muito a pena o custo benefício.

Hotel relativamente simples, mas resolve o problema de hospedagem. Quartos amplos e silenciosos. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. O hotel pede uma reforma. Café da manhã simples também. Mobiliário antigo e desgastado. Boa localização.

Nos hospedamos em junho de 2022 no hotel. Hotel e quartos bem limpos. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã bom (não ligo para esse lance de café muito variado porque essa minha primeira refeição é básica). O que me agradou foi a localização. Para o mercado Ver o Peso paguei R$15,00 de táxi. Shopping mais próximo foi menos que isso. Fui e voltei andando para basílica de Nazaré. Próximo ao hotel você encontra padaria, doceria, Cacau show, Duckbilss, casa de massas, restaurante no Kg de primeira qualidade, choperia (tudo a duas quadras). Pretendo voltar em outubro e com certeza me hospedo neste mesmo hotel. Ótima relação custo x benefício.
