Beira Rio Hotel

Excellent hotel to relax, excellent breakfast, I highly recommend it.

Não tenho nenhuma reclamação para fazer a respeito do hotel Beira Rio, pois possui ótimas condições e um ótimo atendimento. Enfim, é muito aconchegante e todos os colaboradores tratam o hóspede com atenção e cordialidade.

Bad. I stayed from 23/06 until 01/07. Apparently it was once a reference hotel, but the structure is precarious. Thin and old towels, hard toilet paper, bad bathroom cleaning, bad shower, old bed linen. The internet is terrible!!!!!! Every day from 6pm until 9:30pm it doesn't work and the elevator doesn't work either, because they need to respect an energy saving rule. Throughout the day the internet often stops working. Breakfast very little variety and some bad things: bad cake, stale fruit and juice with sour fruit. The breakfast is the same EVERY DAY, they offer absolutely no variety!!!!!!! The reception staff are very friendly and attentive! The view from the restaurant to the Guamá River is beautiful! Super expensive restaurant with things that leave a lot to be desired.

Sometimes we have crazy dreams. I cultivated a dream for more than ten years. I stayed at this hotel just for the Amazonian appearance of the pool area. This whole area is right up my alley. Beautiful pool. Wonderful pool area. Wonderful waiters. Reception on the day even better. Very cool scenery and scenery. Nothing is perfect! We have to prioritize the good part of things. I hope to be able to return to the hotel. Tip: Restaurants can improve the taste of their food. The price is a bit steep. Disappointment with any damage to the room is normal. Everything is arranged nicely. A wonderful place!!! Date of stay: November 2017

I came with my family to spend New Year's Eve, it was HORRIBLE, terrible service, elevator older than my dead great-grandfather, rude and grumbling attendants, mistreating guests, restaurant with delicious dishes BUT extremely expensive and equally terrible service, I went to order some bread with butter the attendant said very reluctantly “you will have to wait 1 hour” then I made a complaint and he went IN FRONT OF ME saying that I am a disgusting customer 🥹🥹 I decided to have coffee somewhere else. BAD place is only worth it for the very expensive daily rate 🫡

as acomodações deixam um pouco a desejar, porém o atendimento dos colaboradores são excelentes, hotel sempre bem limpinho, a cozinha do hotel é excelente, preço justo pelos pratos. Piscina muito bonita com uma vista maravilhosa.
