O hotel possui instalações muito antigas pelo menos nos quartos terreos, ar condicionado pessimo de regular e nao fornecem edredom. O atendimento dos funcionários é bom.

A pior experiência que tive em um hotel da rede ibis. Funcionários ignorantes, hotel com a faixada de hotel de 5° categoria. Detestei a estadia neste hotel , péssima recomendação. Nunca mais me hospedo neste local.
