The hotel was very good, old and traditional, good service, we stayed for one night. Although the reservation was coupled we had to ask for a towel and towels, because it had only one. The hot water of the shower was not working. You care for the very demanding and gentle restaurant, let you make the breakfast even before the timetable, because our flight was early.

Deception is the adjective I find to evaluate this hotel! It cannot be a 4-star hotel; in the bathroom has a plate covering a reform that has been made and not finished, there is a huge hole in the prayer where canoes are visible; they give you only a savon and no other personal hygiene item; it has no dryer; The bed linen smells to be used and the dressing dresses are swept. Breakfast is very simple and one day the French bread was the previous day. Only staff are friendly and careful!! I thought it was expensive for what it offers!

I recently stayed at the hotel and I can say I made a great choice. Firstly, the location is good and is located in a noble area of the city (around Shopping Boulevard, restaurants, pharmacies and convenience shops) and relatively (de Uber) near the tourist points. The rooms have a nice balcony and are large (suite category), clean and have modern furniture and decoration, as well as the bathroom. The swimming pool at the last floor is relatively small, but was clean and ready for use and the view is very beautiful. Finally, staff of reception staff, concierge, servants were super gentle and performing, with a highlight for official Josiane who was very careful and gentle and solved a little disturbance at the beginning of the hosting. The stay was excellent.

It is a good location, in the direction of being close to the airport and to the tourist points, but on the other hand it is in a very ancient and dangerous part of the city (not walking the night). The hotel is very good price, the room is comfortable and clean (air conditioning, fridge, safe, TV).

The room has no close to bed, only one in the room and was hidden, the other in the bathroom, the WI-FI is bad in the 11th floor, hot water did not work frequently, the reception staff are not so nice, They did not even give a good day.

The hotel is very good at av.Beira Mar. The staff are always very careful. It is very clean, very good morning coffee, ah and the girl who makes the omelet and tapioca of sensational sympathy. The garçon Valdemir then, always paying attention to everyone with the sympathy of the Cearense, but my praises to all officials.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a small shop with a furnishing, a microwave and a coffee maker, which is open all night. Other facilities are a front taxi and a shopping neighborhood. Inside the shopping there is a very good supermarket that even offers some typical dishes during lunch and dinner. I used to buy some typical products such as jambo jambo and cupuaçu jelly.

Walking distance to the ”Docas” (docks), about a 20 min walk, 10 min walk to a large shopping mall with a food court at the top and a 15 min walk to a larke supermarket. Easy to get anywhere in Belem from the hotel using Uber or 99. Would recommend as a great choice when staying in Belem. Room is large, cleaned to a high standard, with Wifi, AC and a nice breakfast included. Will stay here again next time I visit Belem. I hope this review is helpful : )

Ttramontana44The hotel used to be owned by the Hilton group. It is a very nice hotel with spacious bedrooms. There is a nice well proportioned outdoor pool with sunbeds etc. The quality of the food in the restaurant, both for breakfast and evening meal is superb. I had the seafood risotto which contained prawns, squid, octopus, mussels and chicken which I can quite honestly say was the best I have ever eaten. Good range of beers and wine are available at reasonable prices. Excellent waiters and waitresses are very attentive. My thanks to Roberto on reception for taking the time to check in for my flights. Recommended!

GGuest UserMy stay was short, I returned from Salinopolis-PA and arrived in Bethlehem around 19:00 a.m. 02/03/2022, we needed a place to take a bath and sleep a little, because my flight was marked at 2:20 a.m. 03/03/2022, short stay. When we arrived in the room we noticed that the bathroom was not warming, we called to the reception to complain and the attendant told us that he would act on maintenance and that would be resolved in 15 minutes. We went out for dinner and returned around 21:00, the problem persisted, we contacted the reception that told us that in 15 minutes they would solve, they didn't solve, they didn't exchange our room and stayed for that right, i.e., The hotel did not offer the minimum we expected to have a hot bath for rest. I don't host again in this category of Ibis, the bed bed is very uncomfortable and the acoustics of the rooms is bad (a characteristic always present in all Ibis that I have already hosted), the good part is due to the location.

FFabrício MI was in Bethlehem for 5 days to walk with my parents, and for a fate of the fate, karma, or curse I ended up staying in that place that must have the hotel alvara hunted. Machado's Plaza defines the small hotel: the one that trys to save in all points to maximize profits and ends up leaving his bad experience, not only in the hotel but also in all his trip. Starting by the care team completely unstandard, with only one official who seems to have been trained - or more likely to have worked and learned hotels in a real hotel. The keys that gave me were the only for my room, and it was an old model. If you don't leave the key at the reception, you have no clean room or switched towels or any other problem of the room solved (as when I needed to switch the electric shower resistance I've already found broken, The room was mofo and I spent the 5 days of the trip with a rush and bad nights. The towels were exchanged once, and that's why I went to collect the towels exchange. Even the new towels were fed! To complete the room problems: 1- The interphone did not work and they could not solve this problem until the end of my trip. 2 - When I tried to open the door of the balcony, all the room switch off!!! You can't leave the door of the balcony open and watch TV. 3 - Don't count on the WiFi of the hotel! If you are prepared to use all the data from your private plan. 4 - Show cables and show tbm switch box. The bathroom was broken, the breakfast was not even a cheese bread, the cheese was orange and old, or you're gonna have butter or eat in dry, and the cakes looked like a nice pie. The eggs were moving to a very few people, and the rest was a long time, if one of the officials did not come to ask what your room was, looking wrongly at you. I thought it was a chance, but during the morning breakfast I realized that it was not only my room that had trouble, because all the guests complained, thanks to the Machado's Plaza team, and you were overcome in incompetence and dispreparedness.
