When we arrived at the apartment we rented the low that evening was 48 degrees F and they provided three small radiator space heaters. However it was a large loft apartment and the apartment was at 58 degrees F. We had an 18 month old daughter and tried running the space heater in her room but it wouldn't get the room above 60 degrees. We asked the company representative if they could help with the heat and they said there was nothing they could do. We saw in previous reviews that others had complained about the heat as well and the company responded saying that they should have said something during their stay and it would have been resolved. We did this and they did not resolve it at all. There is also mold in the apartment, the spiral staircase seemed like it could break at any time. This was a dangerous place for a child and I don't recommend that anyone rent from this company. I lived in the Lisbon area, rented apartments across the world, and never had this experience. This company should be avoided at all costs.
