I would like to declare my sincere gratitude for the most professional and friendly service at Hotel Verde, especially from the staff at the reception: Viktoria, Merve, Nafejde, Sebnem and of course to the very special lady, Parastoo, most attentive and at the same time modt genuine and friendly lady, I really appreciated her attitude for serving me and all the clients. I have really no complaints whatsoever regarding the sevice I got, mainly at the reception, but overall in the Hotel as well as at Gloria Golf (caddie master staff, the golfcourses and restaurant. Excellent value for the money. Well done, and I will come back in february 2025⛳️björn holming from Finland.

My favourite hotel in Belek, all the staff are high level of service. Even they know me by name (being there several times.) The golf club and the practice areas are 5*. The golf manager and director are the most helpful persons I've ever met.

Impressive hotel, from the moment of arrival you can feel that guest satisfaction is top priority at this hotel. Dedicated front office team, goes extra mile and makes sure your experience at the hotel is enhanced. What was noticeable the most is the management’s commitment to providing personalized and exceptional service. The hotel staff was genuinely motivated to provide seamless service. The front desk staff under the guidance of Elif, Kanat and Nadejda was consistently friendly and approachable. Anticipating possible needs and willingness to assist makes one feel truly valued. Nowadays a hotel stay isn't just about accommodation — it's the positive vibes, the thoughtful gestures, and the small touches that make an experience memorable. I'd especially like to thank Mustafa and Cemil for their small but remarkable farewell gesture (please refer to the photo) that left a lasting impression. The hotel doesn’t offer comfortable stay only but demonstrates the highest level professionalism that makes it stand out. Highly recommended!!!

Our last night a the Verde and I feel so sad, another few nights would be wonderful. We were lucky enough to be staying in a select villa which was was wonderful. The housekeeping staff are the best. And the staff in the select villa bar are so good, the villas were full, but it was still so quiet. A perfect break for my husbands birthday. Unfortunately we did not use the select restaurant to it's full potential, I felt the service here could have definitely been better but didn't impact our holiday at all. Here is were I thought the service was fabulous, the housekeeping staff were fantastic, they go above and beyond. Nothing is too much for them. Phyllis, I'm sure that's not how you spell her name and the other ladies are a joy. We ate in many restaurants in both the Serenity and the Verde, but the Bazilika will always hold a special place in our hearts. Hakan and his team just know how to make people feel special. I cannot that the Verde team enough for the best time. Victoria, Merve and of course the lovely Ms Elif you made my holiday memorable.

This is a great hotel, all the staff are fantastic and the hotel is very clean,we had a fantastic time here and it is very close to all the best golf courses, the pools at the hotel are cold water pools but the weather was so hot it didn't matter also the food at the hotel was fantastic, there was always some great too eat

Where do I start?! From the minute we entered the grounds at 330am we knew we'd made the right choice of hotel. Plush looking gardens all nicely lit. On exiting our coach we were treated by the bell boys who were smiling and happy to help with our luggage. We were directed to the reception desk and once again served with a smile. We checked in and the receptionist said if we'd like something to eat we can get room service free of charge between 11pm & 7am whenever we liked. Once the door opened to our room it was lovely 2 separate rooms one for us and one for our girls. Lovely bathroom and fully stocked mini bar (again filled for free everyday) food arrived and to say it was delicious would be an understatement it was lovely. Woke up and looked and the giant beaming yellow thing in the sky birds chirping and we had a look round this resort is stunning, nicely spaced out, lush green grass and tall trees. The pools are well kept and perfect when you have 33 degree heat on you. The pier and pier bar are brilliant also. The food is impeccable, the drinks are excellent, the patisserie is delicious. The staff are absolutely fantastic, always smiling saying hello and asking if everything's okay. Ignore any bad reviews, this place is paradise. Well 100% be coming back Thank you for having us GVR.

Gloria Verde is a wonderful hotel! Everything in the hotel is thoughtful, all the smallest details are taken into account. There is a good Wi-Fi on the beach and on the pier. You can work on a laptop on the pier as there is good Wi-Fi and there are electrical outlets. The staff is very attentive to the guests. I would like to say a special thank you to the general manager of the hotel, Yasen. Despite too much work, he always finds time to talk to the guests and show concern for them. It is very nice to have such an attention from the hotel manager. Everything was wonderful. We just flew away, and I already miss it. We came with our friends and family for holidys , every year we are coming to this hotel because here is like our second home, staff are very kind and friendly, foods are very delisious and in high quality, confort facilities, mangers are very responsible special thanks of mrs Elif manger of rooms and hopitalty , mr Eflatun, mr mahir, mr hakan, mrs parastoo, merve, nadejda, silana , and spa is perfect:))
