Ela Excellence Resort Belek

My husband and I visited the Ela Excellence resort with our 3 young boys aged 5 and 1year old twins. When we first arrived we were greeted and taken to our room. We had paid an upgrade for a sea view. Unfortunately, the room was very far away from the main building, restaurants etc. and was on the ground floor so the view was poor. It was a nice sized room but was close to the evening entertainment which is incredibly loud (probably too loud). We had only 1 z bed and a sofa bed for our 3 children. We spent the first night with our twins in bed with us. We had arrived late but were pleasently surprised by the fare on offer in the 24/7 al a carte restaurant. We ordered lamb chops, steak, burgers, soup, pizza etc. We were all very satisfied with the food in this restaurant. The following day the hotel changed our room and it was on 4th floor with better views (although the glass on the balcony was precariously wobbly, which frightened me due to having young children with us). The kids club is out of this world. They have thought of everything. Soft play, lego, toddler rooms, interactive boards, cinema screens, arts and crafts, fire engine, outdoor playground, doctors surgery, dentist, and also an arcade with VR, playstations, basketball. They even have a kids only restaurant that serves lunch and snacks for the children throughout the day. On our 4th night unfortunately my youngest son became very poorly with a high temperature and we called a Dr to the room. They diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics and antihistamines all with a hefty price tag. A few days later he developed a blistering rash and when we got home the GP diagnosed Hand Foot and Mouth (no ear infection and more importantly no antibiotics required). We are convinced he caught it in the kids club. The other 2 children also caught the same virus a few days later. The entertainment is ok. On one night we seen a circus at the auditorium that was great. But the live music is far too loud and the children could not stand the level of noise so we couldn't join this most nights. The kids pool is great and our 5 year old loved the slides. Unfortunately the water is freezing cold in the water spray sections and everyone huddles into the 1 x heated pool. Same goes for the larger pools, they are freezing cold except 1 pool that is always overcrowded because of this. The indoor pool in the spa is also heated. The beach is ok. With sunbeds available and waiters to bring drinks. There is a bar on the pier. There is so much food to choose from at Ela Excellence. The buffet is amazing (and we are not buffet people). Always so much choice. Breakfast options are vast, fresh smoothies, fruit, yoghurts, nuts, seeds, eggs, omelette station, pancakes, waffles, croissants and pastries, various breads to choose from, cereals, baby jars. The lunch and evening buffet are great too with fresh salads, fruits and vegetables. Vegan options, meat galore, steaks and lamb chops, pizza,

We loved our stay at Ela Excellence last week. The hotel is very opulent, clean and perfectly situated. Over the course of our week here, we enjoyed mostly beautiful weather and took advantage of their outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Additionally, we also enjoyed taking our son to the kids zone to play a little each day, and enjoying coffee and cake in the sunshine from the patisserie. My wife and I spent some time in the luxurious spa which was very relaxing. The treatments we paid for were excellent. My wife enjoyed her CrossFit sessions with Baris and her aerial yoga class. Both of the gyms were well equipped. Our room was generous in size, comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard. The view from the balcony overlooked the forest and the mountains. The selection of restaurants was superb. We dined in the buffet restaurant and also at La Sante al-a-carte restaurant. In each instance the choice and quality was perfect for us. What makes this hotel very special is the kindness of the staff. They really made us feel so welcome and took great care of us. The WhatsApp assistants kept us updated with all the activities for the week, and were always ready to answer any questions we had. A sincere thanks to all the staff at Ela Excellence who made our holiday feel very special.

The hotel is great its grounds are very well planned so you don’t have to walk miles which is a huge bonus. The hotel facilities, service, food and Evaland - kids club are great. Especially Evaland. But what sets this hotel aside from the others and made our holiday amazing was our holiday assistant Nesrin. Thank you Ela and extra big thank you to Nesrin.

Our hilidays here was very relaxing , stuff is perfect . Ela Excellence Entertaiment team very cool. Especially Kuka! 🔥🤙🤙🤙Without her our vacation was not so chill and fun! And thank for Arman , he gave us very good mood❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ everythink was really good

First of All we would like to thank to Mr. Murat (F&B Manager) and his team. We have stayed there during the EID holiday and the hotel was full however they have provided an excellence service tirelessly day and night. The Ala carte restaurants a must, we have enjoyed the wonderful service of Mr. Habip from Galata Tavern restaurant, and the Italian restaurant’s food and especially pizza was perfect. The last day of our stay we have tried the Teppanyaki restaurant and kids had really enjoyed the show cooking performance. The kids club is having also a wonderful concept from 10.00am in the morning till 11.00pm which they didnot want to leave the place. Our room has been cleaned daily and the hotel walking distance between the outlets was very good for families. We have already planned our second holiday to Ela Excellence resort before end of the year.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff and management at Ela Excellence for 4 days of service . We enjoyed our stay very much but we would like to point out some improvements that would make one’s stay even more enjoyable: our flight got cancelled due to technical difficulties and it’s was very difficult to communicate this to the hotel finally after many attempts to explain this to the hotel front office who kept bouncing us to *******, at last Merve took action and made us relaxed by telling us that the room will be kept . Although we lost our first at least we knew that our room will be available . Second point upon arrival we were offered the first floor room with a single queen bed and we hasd to go through the corridor with full of sheets that were being changed and the room had very little light . However we accidentally were approached by Nasrin to see if we were okay as we were looking like list in the hotel , Nasrin helped us to change our room and made our stay very enjoyable, we also bumped to Mr Mustafa Lafci and he asked us about our stay we informed him of the very many goods and a few not so good point about our stay in the hotel he was very courteous and assured us of looking into this , Thank you for the stay

This was our first family holiday to Turkey, and our first outside of the normal UK school summer holidays. Previously we have done the Balearics and always all inclusive. This was by far our best experience of all previous 5 holidays. From the start the hotel was lovely to enter, we arrived around midnight, and were very pleased to hear there was a 24 hour restaurant and bar. We had the first two weeks of October, our first night welcomed us with some tremendous thunderstorms, which also wiped out the next day, but every day after was beautiful, the temperature was perfect, around 30 Celsius so not too hot. We have two ten year olds so each day was spent by the pool(s), and what fantastic pools they are. All of them are 1.4m deep throughout, with the exception of the kids play pool, and such a fantastic size to allow plenty of space for everyone, although they always seemed reasonably quiet, despite all the sun loungers being in use. The temperature of them was also fine, enough for the kids to keep dipping in for 30 mins play and then drying out for a bit. We never struggled for a sun lounger, and we barely made it down before 11 on most mornings. The water slides were also great fun for kids and adults alike. With regards to the food, it’s the best we’ve ever experienced at an all inclusive. We both commented that it took until day 12 before we actually first started to fancy something different, and that’s nothing against the excellent selection of food, more the fact you can’t resist trying more and more of the variety on offer, which doesn’t help the waistline. The variety was excellent though, and our kids were able to eat every mealtime without argument or fuss. The chefs and table staff did an excellent job of both providing and looking after us every meal time. On the subject of staff, I honestly can’t fault them at all, we were admittedly a bit spoilt and perhaps ignorant to the fact that Spanish hotels readily communicate in English, which was also the case here, but sometimes it required a bit more dialogue, perfectly understandable, and not a criticism at all, but I found that even the simple act of learning a drinks order in Turkish, and please/thank you etc achieved great rapport with the staff. The Ela Assistant service via WhatsApp was a great facility when required. Our assistants were Servet and Karina, and every morning we were sent a lovely message for the day, with a reminder of the entertainment available. We used them a few times to ask general questions or book meals, and they were excellent in replying and helping us with all our questions, we were even visited by Karina during our Teppanyaki meal we had booked through her to introduce herself to us, which I thought was a lovely gesture, and the show put on during the cooking of the meal was well worth the price, I was keen for my kids to experience it first hand and they loved it, with the ample food being fantastic to boot! We had a beautyful retreat in ELA with the innerpeaceakademy and it was so Great. We love ELA 😍 The Rooms are very comfortable and have a nice style. We love also the Galata Restaurant, the Food is Great and the Service from the Team is Perfect . Especially Habib and gladice and Serkan. Thank you so much for have a Great time with you all.
