The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

Amazing. Very relaxing and lots of things to do. There is always a way to entertain the kids, the kids club is great with lovely people there. Waterslides are great and the pool as well. The bars are always open with great options. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend

This hotel is excellent from the moment you walk in. Bags taken to your room no fuss checking in. The facilities are very high standard and alway clean . Unfortunately my wife broke her foot and had to go to the hospital (no fault of the hotel or alcohol) guest relations acted very quick had the on site nurse to her very quickly and us off to hospital in 15min. Hasan and his colleagues helped us no end with transport to the hospital to see my wife has she had surgery constantly making sure we were ok and when my wife returned made sure she needed nothing table reserved so she didn't struggle and a wheelchair and crutches. Hasan also made a real fuss of the kids and made sure they were happy ( they looked forward to seeing him). On the whole the staff through out are friendly and helpful including kitchen staff as my daughter is gluten free and they made sure she had a meal suitable for her needs every meal time. I will definitely be back here again.

Staff are very nice and will go out of their way to help. The food is very different to what I eat at home I don't like meat fish or eggs. However, if you do you are fine. I did tend to eat in the pool area restaurant as there was a vegeburger and freshly prepared pasta to order. When we ate at the Turkish I asked for halloumi which is not on menu. They prepared a lovely platter with this and potatoes and veg for me so I was really happy and grateful. The drinks are all very good quality as are towels and linen. The dancers were good at the show and the disco after was a good laugh sometimes with a live band. Our room was triplex, bedroom A had it's window on service road side across from the big cooling fans of next door property. They would kick in all hours of day and night and get very loud. Not ideal but I couldn't be bothered asking for a move as there were 5 of us, air con was good and window remained shut. Only other annoyance was the top floor bedroom has no curtains. My boys were woken early and it got hot as sun was on that side and the window wouldn't stay open. I reported and asked for a 'solution' cardboard perhaps, anything. This wasn't actioned they are teenagers and like to sleep later on holiday hard luck I guess. Overall though a great time was had by all.

My wife & myself recently returned refreshed from a 9 night stay at the Sussesi luxury hotel in Belek. This hotel complex! in our opinion! offers everything you need to switch off and relax. The complex has a large footprint, but it is easy to navigate and accessible to everyone regardless of their specific needs. The Gardens are bueatifully tended, The footpaths and walkways are well lit, litter free and cleaned on a daily basis. Our room faced inland it was bright cheerful with a lovely view of the taurus mountains, it cleaned daily with new towels & toiletries replaced, The main resturant had a vast array of foods from around the world and appeared to cater for everyone. Pool life was busy with plenty of activities going on. We used the Beach and never had to struggle to get a lounger! the beach bar was exellent offered an extensive range of refreshments with very little waiting time the two girls who worked their were amazing fast and efficient and always cheerful. We only used one ala carte restaurant which was the Turkish! The food and wine were delicious! During our stay the hotel put on a full day of entertainment called october fest! So much work went into this event by the staff! it was amazing! food and drink, entertainment, live band, disco, it was incredible. I don't like to single out individuals? However praise goes out to Ramazan Kale, who was just a real joy! Caring attentative and hardworking, also praise to the young barman Ali who worked in the 24hr bar. The Susesi Luxury... WOW, where do we start?? We stayed at this hotel for two weeks, from mid-September to early-October. We were welcomed to the hotel by the lovely guest relations team, and by the amazing Semina. We did not have to do anything other than sit down, relax and have a drink whilst she checked us in, explained all of the key information about the hotel and showed us to our rooms. The room itself was lovely, but we had a couple of small issues we mentioned to Semina, and without hesitation, we were not only given a new room, but a better room in a nicer part of the hotel! I cannot recall a time when I have visited a hotel and had everything done so easily and without hesitation. The staff at reception were also exceptional, friendly and on hand to help and answer any questions. The hotel itself was beautiful, with grand architecture and top-of-the-range facilities. The bedrooms were flawless, the swimming pools were gigantic with a lazy river-style pool that ventures around a large majority of the hotel. I believe there were 7 A La Carte restaurants (some of which come at a small additional cost, normally 15 EURO pp) where the quality of food was outstanding, along with the staff who served us. We did choose to predominantly eat in the A La Carte's, the main restaurant was good but was often busy at times with a similar food offering, whereas we enjoyed being able to eat in different locations with different cuisines. All in all, the staff were friendly, the all-inclusive option was good value for money, and the evening entertainment was incredible. Whenever we needed something, had a question, or needed support, Semina was available and went above and beyond to help us. I cannot thank her enough for making the holiday that much better, the experience wouldn't be the same without her and I would advise anyone visiting the hotel to speak with her or the guest relations team should they need any support. If the hotel did want to improve any areas, I would suggest: - Poolside service - Smart TVs in the bedroom would be beneficial, especially if you have children who want to watch Netflix etc. - Sunbed policy - this was occasionally problematic when the hotel was busy, but is an issue I have observed nearly everywhere I have gone. Perhaps introducing an area/pool where nobody can reserve sunbeds would be beneficial? I would be more than happy to discuss any of the above if the hotel or anyone else has any thoughts, questions or comments.
