An unforgettable trip thanks to... A pampering hotel full of wonderful surprises that lead to joy and pleasure, the only hotel that we always recommend with eyes closed, you have to visit it to understand this is a special and unique hotel that has everything of the highest quality, thank you Tatsiana Leanavets, Miray Babacan, Mohammed el amine, Yousra Bouhmmed for every answer To the question, for a wonderfully detailed explanation, caring for each and every one of the family, they were so amazing with care and a lot of patience, those who know them win, we discovered different tastes and smells in special meals we held in the villa and the chef of Royal Villa took care of it. And I'm sure everyone knows the famous smiling and hardworking waiter Sevket tinam, every time we were at the hotel we fell in love with him all over again because he is charming, Mizoin Kur the cutest waitress we've ever met and stunning, really thanks to all these slaves, this trip and this experience will never be forgotten from our memory,

Nice hotel, great facilities, lots for kids to do however family all been ill 8 days out of 10. Clearly no standards for kids club and families being advised to keep kids out for 48 hours if sick. So many people poorly which is either sick bug, ice or food ? But have spoken to many sick families now so something is not right. Nice selection of food however have sent so many dishes back due to not being cooked from chicken to fish to eggs. Real shame has totally ruined our family holiday. Hotel in complete denial that anything is wrong despite so many families complaining which really is a shame. Service issues, they are so quick in wanting to get food out that one child eating dinner and they want the other child to chose desert as they had finished. Food arrives sporadic which can be 5 or 15 mins between another family members dinner. Food arriving many times before drinks have arrived so feel very rushed all the time. Have eaten breakfast before coffee arrives. Smokers are rife if your a non smoker you have to sit inside ! So smokers get to watch the show but non smokers have to have tables inside if you don’t want to be choked. Son has asthma so couldn’t take a chance. Had to sit inside at lunch rather than on twenty4 terrace due to the amount of cigar smokers. In a terrace suite, sat at terrace pool close to kids club and water park however decking being replaced all week but had to sit close to kids club in building site All on all a great hotel great facilities but completely ruined with illness and food not being cooked properly

From the amazing welcome, all staff at the Maxx Royal in Belek combined the perfect blend of luxury with a personalised service. The staff were warm, attentive, proactive, always genuinely welcoming and willing to provide you with the an exceptional standard of service. A special mention to our two fabulous Assistants - Ufuk Alci and Umut Arda Özsokmenler - From our arrival they went above and beyond daily to ensure we had a perfect holiday. This made our stay and mum’s 80th birthday so special and forever memorable. Thank you both so much. Mizgud ( usually on her segway ), our waitress at the main pool provided outstanding service and has an exceptional memory! Finally, a shoutout to Mustafahar the night cleaner. He always impressed us in the evening with his friendly attitude and warm smile. A truly wonderful holiday. We can’t wait to return.

I had a wonderful time for a second year in a row. Pelin and Ezra the assistants assigned to me were very helpful. Great staff, highly responsive to assisting you, great food and great out door facilities for recreation. I really love the interior of the hotel. I highly recommend MaxxRoyal.

I think This hotel is the best hotel in antalya,because everything you want is possible there. The staff are so kind and hospitable to guests. I want to say tank you to Mr teoman condon he is really kind, helpful and also hospitable. Maxxroyal should be honour to have some person like Mr teoman condon. at the end I want to assure you to go to this hotel and don't have any doubt.

Everything in the hotel was wonderful, the cleanliness, the treatment of the hotel staff, the hospitality, the wonderful restaurants, a wide variety of entertainment, the clean pool, the hospitality by the pool and by the sea, the variety of drinks, everything was great and I definitely recommend this hotel for staying

For me and my doughter,this vacantion at Maxx Royal Belek it was like getting Christmas presents. Yes,we’ve paid for it,but every day we discovered something else that filled our hearts with joy: the promptness and kindness of two Maxx assistant,Alexandra and Zarina,who were great help to us,like two good fairies, Izet’s warm smile and cheerfulness( from Sunlit Beach bar), am extraordinary man who made sure we didn’t miss anything while we were at the Beach. Althought the hotel was full,we didn’t have the feeling of tiresome crowding due to its generous area. The reception staff was very professional and kind,the accomodation was done relatively quickly,being greeted with strawberries in chocolate,champagne and red caviar with biscuits. Wi-fi: good coverage,even on the beach. At the beach bar there is an area with phone chargers. Room: very spacious,we’re had a room at -1 floor,with all the amenities you could want and a huge terrace with a great view. Upon request, iron and ironing board are brought to the room. Air conditioning is extremely efficient. The cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel staff is extremely discreet but very efficient throughtout the hotel. Beach bar: good service,good quality of the drinks. Scan the QR code on the table next to the the sunbeds and find out the menu. Good quality of evening entertainment. Spacious,clean beach,with sufficient sunbeds,distributed both on sand and grass. Wonderful,clean swiming pool. There is a lot more to say, all good,but the Maxx Royal Belek vacantion experience must be lived and less told.
