We went to dinner at 20:30 and the waiter who started the service caused trouble. There were used slippers between the two beds.

I and my husband are here now inthe last days of March and very first days of April. The hotel is really big and it has a very nice garden. In our days of stay every bar and water park started to work day by day. The hotel is very beautiful and the personal are very kind and helpful specially the guest relation personal. We have has our dinner in Italian and Spanish Ala’kartes and they were perfekt. The bars have the best aged whiskeys and vodkas in beat quality and the barmen are capable to make the best cocktails. The only thing that I didn’t see was the bulgari branded shampoos that they have replace it with some other good brands

Mustafa was our server, he is awsome and the food was amazing. Gloria New and Old courses are a must play. Best time of the year is mid March to mid May and September and October. If you need help, visits Bilanya golf tours, we used them, also best service experience.

The hotel has a beautiful green area, there are many places to relax, a long ***** of beach, there were always enough sun loungers. several places where you can have a snack during the day, the food is very tasty, the drinks are high quality

Great service and helpful staff. Not too busy so we felt everything was easy . Had a problem with our room…took a little longer to resolve than we would have liked . The buffet was excellent, wonderful fresh food, not so keen on the hot selection but could happily eat really well without it. Lovely bars and attentive staff. Very clean and beautiful grounds. The pool is huge and wonderfully kept.

As repeated guests, we are familiar with the hotel. It always feels like coming home. After an unusual welcome, everything was arranged perfectly afterwards. We stayed with 3 adults in a villa, which offers many additional advantages. The separate villa guest relations are also an added value. The service is very good everywhere. You are always served professionally and friendly and always with a smile. Every employee tries to help you as efficiently as possible at all times. The quality of food and drinks and the service in the à la carte restaurants is without a doubt excellent. The quality of the food in the buffet in the evening could be improved. Breakfast and lunch are okay. The cleanliness is excellent throughout the resort. The hotel grounds have lots of greenery, beautiful trees and plants and impeccably maintained lawns everywhere. You can take wonderful walks there. The rooms are modern, well-equipped and well-maintained. In summary: we had an extremely successful stay at Gloria Golf Resort.

We have been staying at Gloria Golf for some 10 years now and every time the service levels surpass those of the previous years. The staff are so attentive, helpful and kind. We love the time with Gloria every time!
