It’s wonderful to return once again to Serenity, where I vacation every two months. As someone familiar with all the hotels in this region, I can confidently say that Serenity stands out with its high-quality service, staff, and kitchen team. Especially Mr. Özkan Çelik — a truly exceptional friend with quick problem-solving skills, great positive energy, a constant smile, outstanding service, and strong guest relations. The breakfast is fantastic. Thank you to Assistant Manager Mr. Sedat for the quality service and attention. The lunch and dinner buffets are even better and more delicious than the à la carte restaurants of many top-tier hotels. The Trecess Snack Restaurant has achieved the impossible — offering a wide, flavorful, and impressive menu. Special thanks to Bar Service Manager Mr. Veysel, who is always kind and attentive at the bars. We had a lot of fun at G-Vencere. Assistant F&B Manager Mr. Emre — thank you very much for your support and attention at G-Vencere, the restaurant, and in every area. At other hotels, it’s rare to see managers, but at Serenity, they are fully involved and attentive in every detail — congratulations to them. And finally, many thanks and congratulations to Executive Chef Mr. Muharrem for his outstanding work.

because Glora is home, that's why I come back every year. the staff is sensational and you feel good when they recognize you, the food is more than delicious, the new white sand beach is divine, my friend Ziya has been taking care of my hair for a few years and I thank him, the evenings are either at the club or at the bar with piano music in the background, the spa is also a must, especially when you start your vacation with a hammam. and it's green everywhere and offers you a special peace. so well thought out, that you don't even realize how many people there are. because here is Gloria!

The best hotel in Turkey!! I Love it here: the staff, the food, the rooms, the beach - everything is perfect! The staff is always friendly, always ready to help. The beach is clean and big. A lot of Germans - Das ist fantastisch!! Huge thanks to Sabina and Snezhana and the bartender in glasses!!!

Ozkan is the best, big professional, he should be the director! Thanks for him! ❤️ Food in the restaurant is really good, very delicious! Chef Yusuf is very good! Mr Emre fmb manager asistant helped us every day. Main restaurant very nice! Kitchen manager Muharrem very good! Breakfast is sooooo gooood!!! Mr Sedat assistant manager is a professional!

The service is excellent — especially from Ozian. He is always friendly and helpful. This place truly feels like my second home. ❤️ Special thanks to Mr. Emre, the Facebook manager assistant — a kind and helpful person. The food is delicious! The Italian à la carte restaurant has the best dishes. Big thanks to Chef Yusuf for the amazing meals. The G-Venture party was fantastic — we had such a great time!

One of my favorite hotels. Hospitality, perfect green territory, amazing pools and good food and sbacks, especially in Route 66 & Estella restaurant. It’s our 3rd time here and definetely not the last one. Special thanks to Gulzhan and Chinara from guest relations office for kind assistance

Stayed here in April, Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms large and spacious. Staff very friendly. Mostly sunbathed on the beach, had an excellent waiter named Mahir. Friendly, respectful, always making sure we were ok for drinks as he passed. Hes a credit to the hotel.

This is our third visit to Gloria Serenity. As usual, it doesn’t disappoint. It really lives up to its five star rating. The food is fresh and delicious every day, the restaurants all different all amazing. Thank you especially to Elizaveta for the fun and engaging beach entertainment! The shows are breathtaking. Amazing hospitality from Emanuel, the Dock's Pier was an amazing place with some really good service. The scenery there was a fantastic venue, perfect place to relax on an off day. There were a lot of varieties there of drinks and also food..
