Gloria Serenity Resort

I chose for my vacation, Gloria Serenity Hotel in Belek, Turkey It was an exquisite experience with positive energy and totally worth it, relaxation, great dining, amazing scenery and everything just great.

Everything was excellent. The food was perfect, almost as if prepared by Michelin-starred chefs. The staff were very kind and humble, doing everything they could to bring a smile to the guests’ faces. The animators were all very friendly, but Türkan especially impressed us with her good mood and cheerful attitude. She provided excellent entertainment for us and for the children as well. This hotel is truly worth every penny.

I visited this hotel for a first time. It was good experience. We catch amazing weather and we could swim at the sea finally. Hotel is totally lovely. Food was perfect, we didn’t visit any a la carte restaurant, main restaurant was more than enough. Staff is also nice and polite. Especially woman from lobby bar Songul, she make perfect cocktails. And also girls from guest relations, Alona and Anastasia. They were really helpful during our holiday time and experienced lovely time there. Hope to see them next year :)

Just came back from the holiday at Gloria Serenity Resort. It was my 4th time at this hotel and will never hesitate to go there. Everything is perfect and a bunch of cool things to do at this hotel. Been to many different hotels such as Maxx Royal, NG Phaselis Bay, Gural, Regnum Carya and many others but everytime I just want to go back to Gloria Serenity. Im not saying that these hotels are bad but Gloria is just on another level. First of all the service and quality especially of the food is on another level. One of the best foods that I have ever eaten. Always tidy everywhere. The garden villa was very modern and beautiful. Every morning they tidied up the room like it was new. Even though I had a small leg injury they made sure that I was very comfortable and feeling well during my vacation. The lifeguards are very friendly and communicative and at the same time very helpful. Also all the personal is very friendly and helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel very much for its beauty and quality. Will never regret that you have came here!

We have just returned from our second wonderful experience of a holiday in Gloria Serenity. The rooms are the epitome of luxury where every need is catered for. All staff are friendly and anxious to please. Ugur and Erdal in the pool bar offer first class service always with a smile as does the lady who provides towels and does an excellent job of ensuring the area around the pool is perfect. The variety, presentation and standard of food offered in all the restaurants is eye watering. One can only think of positives when explaining what is on offer at Gloria Serenity.

I’ve been going to Gloria hotels twice a year for 18 years. I went to the Serenity the year it opened and was one of the first to visit after the recent upgrade ( new restaurants and bars) and refurbishment. I not going to make a stupid statement like the Serenity is the best hotel in Turkey etc. What I will say though is that I’m pushing 70 now and I haven’t been to a better all inclusive hotel In Belek . Or the world come to that!. Other hotels I have been to in Belek are: Maxx Royal, Voyage, Calista, Sueno Golf, Sueno Deluxe, Gloria Golf & Gloria Verde, Regnum Carya. In winter I have been to Sandals Jamaica, El Dorado gourmet Mexico as well as 5 star all inclusive in Dubai, Egypt, Cape Verde, Thailand, Canary Islands. If I was offered a free week in any of my previously visited hotels, Gloria Serenity would always be my choice. The only other one that would come close other than the other 2 Gloria hotels is Regnum Carya. The only reason for that is the Adults only pool and the amazing sunbeds. If you could pick them up and place them In Serenity grounds there would be no competition at all. The service at Serenity is amazing you can’t stand still without someone appearing and asking if you need anything. The food is out of this world, and why they do not promote themselves as a gourmet hotel I do not know. This is all made possible by Deniz the food and beverage manager who runs around all day making sure standards are maintained and everyone is doing their job properly. All the chefs are magnificent and should be commended. I can never work out who the top chefs are but make a point of thanking the ones that look like they are supervising and are wearing the elaborate chefs uniforms. Special mention to the pier bar staff who were magnificent. If you are considering this hotel just go. If you find it too expensive then I recommend Gloria Golf (in the same grounds) or Gloria Verde. Same quality of service and catering without the fancy bits. I am returning again in October and am very much looking forward to it. Well done Gloria please maintain your high standards.

A fantastic week. We travelled as a family of 10 with a 5 month old baby and a 2 year old. The hotel cannot do enough for you for example delivering fresh milk every day for my 2 year old or providing a lunch box for kids for the flight home. The service really is exceptional and worth every penny. The food is brilliant too - lots of choice perfect for a picky family of 10! Kids loved the desserts and ice creams as well as the chocolate shop and endless ice creams by the pools. Great selection of drinks including some really nice mocktails. Overall we had a fantastic week. A final big thank you goes to Diana and Anastasia who looked after us so well all week. We would definitely visit again!

This is our first time at this hotel and we were very pleased. Our holiday started well with a nice welcome. We had a great time with the animator friends working on the beach. We would especially like to thank Kardelen from the animation team. Her energy is perfect for this heat! Don't miss the fun DJ performance at G-Venture.
