We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at this hotel! Everything was spot-on — the food, the peaceful atmosphere, and the overall experience. A special thank you to the Ethos assistants, Asiyeh and Ștefan ,who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They took care of all our requests quickly and made us feel truly welcome. Their support really made a difference for our family. One of the things we appreciated most was the early check-in we were kindly offered. We arrived in the morning after a late-night flight, and with our 3-year-old son exhausted, it was such a relief to be able to settle into our room right away. The kids’ club was fantastic, offering a safe and fun environment for little ones. It gave us some time to relax, knowing our child was enjoying himself. Our room had a stunning view, and we loved the calm and quiet surroundings. The food was delicious, with lots of fresh fruit available all day — such a nice touch! Truly a wonderful stay, and we hope to come back soon. Highly recommend this place, especially for families with young kids and i hope you get as lucky as we were with Asiyeh and Ștefan to take care of you!

We were the First time in ethno belek. And I really enjoyed my time here.the spa is amazing The food in the Buffet is Good and we received Great Service. Ilayda from Entertainment Team was very friendly to us and she’s very funny and we enjoyed the Yoga.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are fantastic - Samet, Gizem and skater captain Merve are absolutely brilliant. Tend to every need, regularly come round with drinks, so times without even asking what more can you ask for when relaxing in the sun! Thank you x

We booked Ethno Belek as this was a new hotel. Althougth we had some doubts in the beginning as new hotels can take time to settle we were convinced this was a goid choice after seeing their advertising online.. The rooms cannot be faulted as very clean and spacious, Food is of high quality however if you want to experience any of the ala carte restautants be prepared to pay a supplement of eur 20+ per person.. The pools compared to other hotels we have stayed in such as Regnum Carya-Cullinan Belek and Maxx royal are not so huge and if you dont wake up early you will struggle to find a bed as people wake up early to leave towels. To avoid this we wanted to use the paid santorini pool area after seeing videos advertised by Ersin Teki Yildirim (Tatilyum) These day beds cost 50 EUR daily between two people and falsely advertised to include use of the santorini pool- lunch at gai and welcome drinks -champagne fruite plate and snacks-nibbles. we paid 100 EUR to benefit from this area on 08.07.2025 and the guy in chrage that day was so welcoming and very attentive as to the reason we wanted to book again and reserved for 10.07.2025 around 10:45 am we arrived New staff member no welcome at all we sat down. after around half an hour he dumped 4bottles of water on the side. no welcome drinks-no welcome amenities-items that we reveived 2 days ago. he walker up to us to make us sign a receipt for the daily use which we signed, however we had previously signed this towards the ends on 08.07.2025 he was more in a rush to secure the 100 EUR for the hotel then offer any service which should of been offerered. my sister asked him if we can order drinks the reply we got very abruptly was these can be ordered via the QR codes. my parents have no clue how to use QR codes! plus if we wanted this level of service the same is provided free of charge at the main pools, He was clearly lazy. we started packing to leave 12 noon then this gentleman walks up to us and asks if their is a issue, we said so issue we are leaving because we are not happy to not be offered the service we paid for a received 2 days ago: His reply was he was waiting for us to ask him for our offerings. We never wanted to argue and as my old parents felt uncomfortable we left witnout using any of the services-amenities and called our Ethno Assistant BATUHAN to inform him. he informed me on the phone that he will get back to us this was at 12:33 at 14:43 we received a call. my dad answered and he clearly said we do not want any staff member to get in trouble, we never used or reveived any service so dont want a charge on our account. Batuhan informed my father that the receipt was signed for in the morning and he can only offer us to return prior to our departure to use the area again. ( i will note this is not for free- ) Its in order not to cancel the 100 eur bill This is disgusting service. rather than appologising and trying to put things right and at least have some level of custom
