This is our second trip to this hotel, first time was easter last year. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and the gentleman at the reception desk remembered us. The room was fantastic, we opted this time for a delux family room. It was nice and spacious. We were remembered by several of the staff working in different functions from dining to entertainment. This made our experience even better. My only criticism is the food is a bit repetitive for me being a picky eater. Don't get me wrong there is so much choice, but I have allergies so it rules a lot of choices out. The beach area has massively been improved in the last 12mths and it is worth a visit. The food and drink is also part of the AI. I would even say the food is better at the beach too. Unfortunately my wife's wheelchair had a puncture and we couldn't find any bike shops on Google. A quick trip to the gentleman at reception and he took care of everything. Loaned us a wheelchair, took the wheel to be fixed and called us to say it was done and all in a couple of hours! He was definitely our hero of the holiday 🙌 All I can say is the staff go out of their way to help where possible and make your holiday is the most enjoyable it can be. Not all guests treat them with the respect they deserve, so please if you are visiting this hotel: a please and thank you does go a long way. We will be back!
