Very good we enjoyed very much

We have travelled a lot and stayed at many places but this has been the most extraordinary experience at five star hotel. The staff is very courteous and you will feel welcomed by every individual you meet here. The variety of food options is simply exceptional. Their breakfast is till 11, patisserie is open throughout the day, late night dinner till 4am in the morning and different bar open till earning morning. Cocktails are too awesome. You can never be empty stomach :-). We had got a inclusive plus package and everything was included and unlimited. We had infact gone in off season and were not short of activities. So wondering the buzz that the place will have during summer breaks. This place is real value for money. Also read few negative reviews that they allow cats in their restaurant, and yes we saw them too. But they dont come near people or climb on tables. Infact people feed them on their own and staff are courteous towards cats which seems more human,

This is our second trip to this hotel, first time was easter last year. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and the gentleman at the reception desk remembered us. The room was fantastic, we opted this time for a delux family room. It was nice and spacious. We were remembered by several of the staff working in different functions from dining to entertainment. This made our experience even better. My only criticism is the food is a bit repetitive for me being a picky eater. Don't get me wrong there is so much choice, but I have allergies so it rules a lot of choices out. The beach area has massively been improved in the last 12mths and it is worth a visit. The food and drink is also part of the AI. I would even say the food is better at the beach too. Unfortunately my wife's wheelchair had a puncture and we couldn't find any bike shops on Google. A quick trip to the gentleman at reception and he took care of everything. Loaned us a wheelchair, took the wheel to be fixed and called us to say it was done and all in a couple of hours! He was definitely our hero of the holiday 🙌 All I can say is the staff go out of their way to help where possible and make your holiday is the most enjoyable it can be. Not all guests treat them with the respect they deserve, so please if you are visiting this hotel: a please and thank you does go a long way. We will be back!

Lovely hotel beautiful interior the food was good and lots of choice. The design of hotel was amazing like a euro disney great for kids lots to do all day and evening entertainment. Adult sections to chill out an excursions are not expensive from the hotel to be fair

hotel is unreal the all inclusive experience is the best iv experienced so much to offer and do at this hotel you don’t even need to move out the premises

Everything was good , good place to go. Very nice place for family. We enjoyed very kuch this place . The food was good , we get her with 3 children and they enjoyed very much this place it amazing place . We will get back her soon very nice place ………..

Fantastic!! We went as a family of 9. 6 adults and 3 children We had a lovely time loads for the kids to do and the hotel is lovely looking and the staff are very polite. Plenty of food options I'm vegetarian wasn't much for vegetarian so I had the same thing most days but all the food looked great! Unfortunately some would be cold by the time you sit down but it is a massive environmental and to keep everything ticking over must be very challenging... The only downside for us was actually the guest. Rude, push in front of you, cough all over the food act likes animals, fill plates with food then wastes it. I can see why staff working in the hotel restaurant would think people are pigs... When we had drinks we had a lovely younge man bring us drinks even when we didn't ask for them, he knew actually what we were drinking from coffee lattee in the morning to cocktails or mocktails. He's mostly at the main bar outside on roller blades. He's very polite and attentive. Lovely hotel, tips boxes everywhere. And you can buy hand made to order chcolates from the hotel chocolate shop.... Very nice not expensive. I would have stayed a few more days if we could have. If you want to go to the beach there is a free shuttle to take you from the hotel to the beach 10mins even less away last shuttle back is 6pm You have a bar and restaurant all included. Town 15min walk
