Bad hotel.bugs, leaking showers, broken taps Changed room 3 times, same issue, Manger very rude, staff very rude, language barrier, breakfast appalling, hotel in the middle of nowhere, no Local transport, Beach 15 min away via shuttle Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

On my first day food had ran out during lunchtime at the main buffet dinning area. This was very unfortunate as it was my first meal due to the time I had arrived. I then tried to order food at the snack bar which wasn't ready straight away and there were no plates available. Another guest asked for a plate and the waiter was rude. The whole point of all inclusive is so you can eat and drink as much as you want and this should be available. I had to go out for dinner that very evening as I was worried that I would experience the same issue. The website is promoting a onsite Sushi restaurant which is no longer open. This is false advertisement and they need to update the website!!!! This was one of the reasons why I chose this hotel. On my second day I took the shuttle bus to the beach and there was no designated signed flags like the other hotel's had, in there section. The sea is not clean or clear, the sand is brown so way too hot to touch with your feet. Our bar was only serving coke and water, however some day's this varied. Our bar staff on the beach was rude, and honestly looked like they couldn't be bothered. The poor instructions made me miss the shuttle bus back to the hotel. This hotel has predominantly english-speaking guests but majority of the staff can not understand you. "It was sometimes a struggle to ask for the most simple things like ice, salt, water or a straw" This was frustrating when I had a question or query. The evening entertainment wasn't too bad, every evening was different. With the spa and excursions you can haggle down the price as everyone was charged different. "No consistency at all!! Honestly if some of the issues was solved this establishment could be a solid 4 star. They need to change some things and put more money into the business. A prime example was the beach, the allocated sections for most of the other hotel's had a decent bar, great signage, beach chairs organised neatly and staff that seemed accommodating and happy. When waiting for a cocktail at the bar not all waiters are experienced and sometimes walking around with no idea what to do. Overall: The facilities are ok, but nothing special. Service is extremely slow, but I become accustom to this. The walls are thin and the bedroom door has gaps, so I could hear everything, especially in the mornings. (I am so thankful for the people I met, otherwise it would have been a holiday from hell)

Stayed for a week and got what we paid for (cheap holiday). Used all the facilities minus the spa and the sushi restaurant (wasn’t open during stay). Bar staff tried their best but there is a massive language barrier with not many speaking English. The bars was always busy but didn’t help when English groups was ordering 10+ drinks at a time with only 2 bartenders. Paid extra for a room with balcony and garden view and received the room with an extra bed. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed when we had left on floor like the sign said to do. Hotel provided shuttle bus to beach everyday each hour or 2. The beach had own section just for the hotel with own bar and food, food was always great. One day the bar only had Pepsi but the other days the bar had beer and all soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner was repetitive but was always something to eat, lunch at the pool and beach bar was better than the restaurant. Hotel also offered a shuttle to and from land of legends in the evening free of charge. You could also use the shuttle and ask the driver to stop in the town on route and get picked up if you fancied it as nothing walkable around hotel. Many bad reviews but we never experienced any of the problems. Staff was really nice especially one of the entertainment staff Bilal always chatting and getting people involved.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in when I arrived there were two guests fighting in the lobby. The man on reception was clearly out of his depth he seemed new. When I asked if this happens a lot, he laughed and said oh yes they drink too much and he thought it was funny. While I was having this conversation with him a young girl was sick all over the floor. I was given my room number and when I asked where it was, I was told to exit the hotel and turn right. There was no concierge and I had to walk past a lot of drunk people. Eventually I found the building I was in which was extremely rundown. The room smelt so strong of cigarettes and was dirty with stained linen when I tried to phone reception the phone line has been ripped out from the wall , so there was no phone in the room. I went to reception to see if I could be moved and was told I’d have to pay more money. They told me that housekeeping would come and clean the room, but when the cleaner turned up, he couldn’t speak English and when I asked him , to clean in the bathroom which smells so strongly of smoke he laughed and walked out of the room. I don’t know if this is because he couldn’t understand me but consequently I’ve had to sleep with the patio door open which looks onto a derelict wasteland it just really is , a terrible experience. I don’t even think this hotel is three star and this is my first night. I am probably going to check out tomorrow even though I have paid for a week. The rooms are so shabby and dirty and the furniture is all scuffed and just cheap looking . I am really disappointed with this Hotel and consequently will have to pay for another hotel tomorrow as I can’t bear another night here.

The hotel spa was by far the best part of the resort, the customer service was excellent, Selina, Gülay, and Efe were amazing very welcoming and kind. The sauna and foam massages were Brilliant as-well as the relax and sport massages. Would definitely recommend!

DO NOT STAY. Been all over the world and all over Turkey but this is by far the worst. It was cheap but we had to move after a day it was that bad. No wardrobes. No hangers. No safe. No manager. They all pretend they don’t speak English. Food is sub standard at best. The cowboy barmen opposite pretend they don’t understand you and claim they have run out of all the drinks (but didn’t realise I could understand Turkish, when they were saying don’t give them the good stuff save it for us). Worst experience of a hotel. Do not stay here. You’re doing yourself a disjustice. If you’re booked here please get it moved!

Had a great stay at Hotella resort and Spa. There was a nice selection of salads at lunch. The Spa really looked after me with a proper sports massage and traditional turkish bath. The Spa owner Efe was very helpful in discussing which treatment I needed.

I booked this hotel to get a break from life stresses, when I arrived I was given a room the manager at reception Vakkas failed to inform me that there was no running water in the hotel. I went upstairs to the room and noticed issues straight away 1. No bed sheets on the bed 2. The balcony door didn't open 3. Single duvet placed inside a double duvet cover. I was then given another room to which I wish they didn't bother because it was so much worse 1.other people's ***** hairs and hairs from other peoples head of hair on the bed, pillows , balcony and bathroom sink 2. Balcony door doesn't lock to which I was told by the same male manager "lady don't worry you're on the 3rd floor" as if that was supposed to mean something or be some sort of comfort to me 3. Stains on the bed sheets and pillows where the hotel staff didn't clean either of the two rooms before giving them to me 4. As previously mentioned no running water and no information on when the hotel will have water. 5. Only 1 plug socket works out of the 5 available. 6. The fridge in the room was not clean the stains inside just really off putting 7. The hotel website says no pets allowed which is not true guests are allowed to bring their pets and stay at the hotel. I woke up 8am the next day got ready for the day and went down to reception at 945am as the hotel offers a shuttle service to the beach which they had failed to mention to me when I arrived that the shuttle service is not working, I asked the male Arda at the desk for a taxi as I was told the night before that a taxi is 10€ Arda at reception tried twice to over charge me by 40€ when I didn't take that as the right price he got angry and said ok 10€ then Arda walked off when I asked to speak to the manager Vakkas who was sitting there listening the entire time he came out asking me what was wrong he the proceeded to not allow me to speak and shouting at me very aggressively and intimidating. I am a woman who at the time was at this hotel alone some other UK guests saw what was happening to me and asked if I was ok after explaining to them what had taken place they said that the hotel did the same to them so they had to get their own vehicle to hire out later on in the afternoon. I noticed two coaches full of people getting off and going into the hotel which I later found out was the shuttle service I was told earlier in the day by Arda that it wasn't working and I had to pay for a taxi for no reason. Hotella resort and spa belek claim on their website that they have sun loungers and food and drink available at the beach but when I got to the beach I was told they have nothing there for this hotel and I was no allowed to purchase food and or anything to drink at I was not a guest at the hotel where the beach is so after paying for my cab I couldn't leave so stay 2hrs and left because I was hungry and thirst this is completely false advertising also they claimed to have wifi at the beach they had nothing I had to ask someone at a

The design of the hotel is very nice. We were greeted with a smile at the entrance and lobby. The rooms were very clean and adequate. There was hot water 24 hours a day. Breakfast and dinner were open buffet, with lots of variety, filling and delicious. We had the opportunity to use the spa section. Very clean and quiet. Especially Mr. Efe, the spa manager, was a very professional and caring person. We recommend the massage 100%. Hope to come again.
