We utilized Towneplace Suites Edgewood Aberdeen for weekly reservations for our employees who were working at a construction project for approx. 2 mos. Our employees had nothing short of great experiences each time they stayed there and our office loved working with the staff of the hotel. The front desk clerks were wonderful and friendly and working with Anastasia, Sales Manager, to make the reservations for our employees was amazing! She's very prompt and efficient! Everyone there was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We're happy to have worked with them and we look forward to continuing to work with the hotel in the coming year!

Great staff, great service and price was right. Especially when it came down to checking in everything went smooth especially with jesse he helped us enjoy our stay he definitely deserves a raise. The breakfast crew were amazing. Housekeeping crew was also awesome

I was only here for a short business trip. The service was excellent and everything went very well! I really enjoyed the service I received and the breakfast. Will be recommending this facility to my colleagues. I will be back for sure and thank you for the great service.

The room layout is good and it’s like a small apartment inside the room! The staff was very welcoming and helpful beings I was new to the area. I wasn’t able to use the pool or fitness center but from what I saw it was very clean, housekeeping isn’t every night though which is fine and it was easy to get additional towels/toiletries through the front desk. I will be staying here again

Wonderful front desk staff. So pleasant and welcoming! They need raises! This experience was very good! Clean room, nice buffet-style breakfast is a nice touch. Check in process was quick and efficient and I had nothing but a smooth and unforgettable stay

Room service was skipped on multiple occasions. calling manager attention didn't help. Cancelling my membership closing account. Kids let loose on hotel's hallway, knocking on other guests doors and running/hiding on different floors. Gave it the benefit of the doubt, stayed for a few months but nothing changed.

The rooms are OK The bed is HARD! definitely not horrible but not great. The location was great for my purposes I liked having a kitchen with full fridge The gym!! The gym was severely lacking. I would say is likely the worst of any of the hotel gyms I’ve used in the last year For me, this is one of the most important things because I do 2. Workouts a day.

I’ve now stayed at most of the hotels in this area over the past few years. The TownPlace suites is by far my new favorite. Room was great. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good. Gym and pool were great. Staff was super nice. 15/10 stay
