The accommodation is very good, the hotel facilities are good, but this place is inconvenient in transportation, there are few taxis, and the local taxi is better. I had a one night sleep in this hotel which would last long in my memory. The service and food was excellent and I couldn't complain about the room. It's clean and cozy (they even have a bath tube). An extraordinary experience, I might say. Not to mention the amenities provided in your room. They have a hair dryer, a shoe polish and a shoe horn. With all the service and the facilities, I'd totally recommend you this place.

Location was good, rooms were great. But what stood out most was the sincerity and follow-through behind the amazing service provided by exemplary staff from the hotel. During my stay, Hotel Staff members Mr Fuad, Miss Indah and Miss Adira were especially attentive and patient in their service. Moreover, the hotel's breakfast is not to be missed either. Miss Gea's service and professionalism from the restaurant team is also to be highlighted and praised during my monthly stays.

Nuanza hotel by far is the most outstanding Hotel we have spent the night in. Best hotel in its class what so ever. Saya dan keluarga bersama anak2 hampir tidak menemukan cacat di hotel ini, terutama disisi maintenance dan kebersihan Hotel. It feels like 7 star hotel with economic price. Ini hotel paling keren, cozy, mewah dikelas nya. Hampir ngga ada cacat nya.
