This is the 2nd time staying in Harris Hotel. As usual, the room is clean and has a good smell. Thank you to Mba Reza HK who is capable, patient and fast in cleaning the room and also serving customers. Also Mba Reza HK is really nice and kind person. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for hotel to stay.

What an incredible experience having our wedding at Hotel Santika Premiere! The services were impeccable, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. Its really nice and I got upgraded room for free.. and I got spa voucher from recepcionist. The location is really strategic and easy to find.. They have less number of floor so its faster to get in your room The Room -Really nice,clean,wide, equipped with all the stuff that you need (mineral water, coffee, creamer, refrigator) The bath room -Quite wide and clean + hairdryer is avaiable but the dissapointed thing is the hot water did not run really well (its only warm, not hot as my preference) The Breakfast -A lot of things to choose, from cereal, traditional drink to dessert The Staff -The staff is really helpful & nice. Definetely going to visit this hotel again when I visit cibitung

The mattress is clean, very tidy, the place is near the east toll gate, close to the mall. The receptionist is also friendly, especially delicious

The hotel is actually nice with an ok location, but the walls and ceilings are dirty and the paint is already torn, the facilities are ok, the hot water is on, close to the damri bus to soetta airport. Recom makes those who want to stay here.

Booked this hotel for Bekasi Marathon event at Stadium Patriot, it was a walking distance to the stadium only 10 mins. Everything was alright, AC, TV, and Wi-Fi were working well. For my room type, I got Netflix which can be easily connected through your Netflix account.

I booked the standard size room but it was reallly big! Two big beds with a small couch at the side! Toilet was also big, equipped with all the basic necessities! Its also connected to a mall so super convenient. Staff is friendly too. Enjoyed my stay!

On the whole this hotel was excellent in every way except one which sadly let things down a little but it would not stop me staying again. I went with my wife and was joined by my sister from the UK, my wife is Indonesian and my sister like me British, this is not a hotel on the tourist map thus not getting many European visitors I expect but was not any different to Ibis hotels in Europe and in some ways better especially regarding service, excellent swimming pool btw. Breakfast was a delight catering for all tastes, no complaints there. Obviously a couple of “bules” (Europeans) gets noticed and the breakfast manager Andrew came to talk to us, excellent English by the way. The only bad part was the evening meal, it was on the strength of breakfast that we decided to have evening meal which sadly was something we regretted, my sister is vegetarian and ordered margarita pizza which for some reason had meat on it not just tomato and cheese as expected, I ordered fish and chips which was cold, the chips were actually French fries as you get in fast food outlets not real chips but I expected that. My wife ordered traditional Indonesian food which she did not enjoy either, this was at 20:00 (8pm) not an unreasonable time to expect a decent meal. I can accept that my meal being cold and wife’s being not nice could be a (1 off) but giving a vegetarian meat is inexcusable. Evening meal was a disaster otherwise everything else was excellent, I would stay again but not use restaurant at night.

Overall comfortable, especially the service is very responsive and the room is clean but unfortunately there is no stove so if you are hungry at night you have to buy it
