Its really nice and I got upgraded room for free.. and I got spa voucher from recepcionist. The location is really strategic and easy to find.. They have less number of floor so its faster to get in your room The Room -Really nice,clean,wide, equipped with all the stuff that you need (mineral water, coffee, creamer, refrigator) The bath room -Quite wide and clean + hairdryer is avaiable but the dissapointed thing is the hot water did not run really well (its only warm, not hot as my preference) The Breakfast -A lot of things to choose, from cereal, traditional drink to dessert The Staff -The staff is really helpful & nice. Definetely going to visit this hotel again when I visit cibitung

This is the first time i've come personally to stay in this hotel. I tried to stay here before in 2018 but i decided to give this hotel another shot since i think that the hotel is very good. First of all, id like to appreciate all the staffs that i met. Sorry i couldn't notice any of the name but the Front office,Housekeeping and the Concierge is very helpful and friendly. But there is a case. I called the operator in the morning and asked for a shaving kit. The operator asked me to wait since he need to ask the housekeeping. I agreed and wait. I think the operator is trying to put me on hold, but he hang up instead. I thought it might be a mistake or something but unfortunately there was no follow up after the sudden end of the call. No call,no staff, and there's no follow up about this. I know hotel might be busy in the weekend as im also working at a hospitality Industry, but this one is just a little bit disappointing for me since i feel that all of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Overall its a nice stay and i will definitely consider to stay again if i have the chance to do so. P.s. i think the condition of room coffee/tea maker could be improved as i feel its not very clean

Hi There. Be sure a clean cut nice hotel over the horisons of Karawang. Located nice..with stand out detail cleanliness. Yet friendly staffs all the way from the front desk up to the security..ups cleaners are smiley face too.Cooks..to waitress. Tese part is excellent. Bare in mind, a smiley GM's message mounted in the cartn of elevator. Completely super. Love this hotel and book for next family year end closing with other goers. Located in Lippo Cikarang area, this hotel is very good for business travelers. Industrial area surrounding but it is not crowded. Perfect for you who need a calm and quiet hotel for relax. And I tried to do staycation in this hotel at New Year eve. Receptionist staff is polite and friendly. I ordered beer and food at room service, the service is very fast and food is so tasty, but they forgot to bring the spoon. Haha. Facillites are good. Gym and pool are open for guest. But when I arrived at the hotel, there isn't any staff to check my body temperature as standard healthy protocol. And there isn't any handglove prepared for guest to take buffet menu (when I had buffet dinner. It's too risk due the pandemic, but at breakfast time there is a staff who help me to take the food). Please improve your health protocol standard. Overall, I have a nice stay experience here. I will recommended this hotel and will be back for staycation soon.

Was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Warm welcome by Ainun upon check in. Welcome drinks available in the lobby. Room was clean and have a good view. Welcome amenities was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic, a lot of variation of food. Thanks to Mr. Ridi for the service. Overall this hotel is great choice for leisure and business.

Excellent Facilities dedicated team, the facilities ie had a great swimming pool and conference facilities for 30 pax. Breakfast was good had a lot of local choices and the team was friendly from I arrived and left to the hotel.parking was free and there are so many nearby areas to do or we rented a bike and went around the city. Truly enjoyable experience

Ibis of Cikarang! Although it is a three-star but there is a gym and swimming pool! The room is very new and clean, there are sofa chairs, the toilet is very spacious and bright, the room is comfortable and relaxing, 600 NT$ has a price to find, can live in such a room and have such facilities, really impeccable, worth the fare, if you go to cikarang next time, you will continue to live here;
