The staff is so kind and always smile even when we need help for anything. Always greetings when we were going outside the mall via lobby, and the staff when it's breakfast too. The breakfast is so good, the clean is perfect, cozy bedroom, cozy pillow, cozy sofa. The minus maybe just about the facilities of room, I don't think the TV is smart TV (?), and maybe for the advice.. Can be 1 TV & 1 Mini Fridge, not 2 TV in the same room. Because would be more good to be just 1 TV & 1 Mini Fridge, or can be 2 TV plus 1 Mini Fridge because I think it's a bit important for hotel room. Overall is good, I'm enjoying this hotel and would be nice to come again in the next chances. Thanks!

Facilities: Complete with refrigerator, air conditioner, elevator, breakfast area, 24-hour hot water. There is also a kettle and coffee☕️.
Hygiene: Very clean
Environment: Located in the University of Indonesia, there are many big trees🌳 and the air is very good.
Service: The front desk service attitude is good, and the security and staff on campus are very happy to help outsiders.
