老實説，酒店設施有些舊，房間裏也能聽到馬路上的聲音，小地方也是真的沒辦法。
但是酒店服務超級滿意，去青巖寺有專門的車，超級方便，回程還帶我們去總廠買了好吃的溝幫子燻雞，又幫我們送到了盤錦北的動車站，一路順暢，超級滿意的行程，謝謝！

房間已經在攜程上續住兩天竟然還讓線下付錢，幸好是知道了不然收兩份錢都不知道了！前台服務態度極差！沒見過這樣的酒店！酒店自己的問題最後連個道歉都沒有！沒見過這麼差的酒店了，希望大家避雷吧！

本來看評價和規模感覺是溝幫子很好的酒店了，酒店不提供水，在一樓大堂買水四瓶水比外面市場價貴十塊，但去了之後一進屋空間倒是不小，裝修較老，廁所門鎖完全就是壞的，關不上門，空調聲音大不説還一直在往下滴水，櫃子桌子上全是水，
衞生方面一打開被子，發現了一根彎彎曲曲的人體毛髮（應該是私隱部位的）和一個長頭髮，不理解到底有沒有換床單被罩，但由於着急出門和生活用品都拿出來了，就沒有提出換房，晚上洗漱的時候發現兩套牙具其中一套被人拆開過了已經，但不知道為什麼收拾衞生人員沒有添加新的
以後不會再選擇入住

不知道這些好評是咋來的，我説説實際體驗吧。五一期間旅途中臨時選擇的落腳點，5月2日晚10點後入住，純純的冤大頭了，最差的入住體驗，基本睡眠環境都保證不了，最後不得不報警了，給需要的人提個醒吧：
1.衞生間有煙頭，除了床湊活，其他不能直視；
2.噪音太大，嚴重影響休息。面向路邊的房間晚上大車較多，反向的房間受非法施工隊影響，晚上11:30還在鑽地，報警處理後，凌晨4:30又開始了……5點左右聽到樓道里有人受不了去退房了，邊走邊罵。
3.房間不配礦泉水（五一假期400左右一晚的酒店，基本配置礦泉水沒有～吹風機需要找前台要，破爛玩意當寶貝藏着，用前個人好好擦擦看看吧）
4. 門都快掉了，防盜鎖都快掉了，窗户隔音幾乎沒有
如果你不幸已經入住這家酒店了，有困難別問服務員，因為她們一沒有服務，二解決不了任何問題，衹會説“我也不知道啊～”“那我也沒有辦法啊～”，就算你要求報警或向上反映，她們也不會幫你打電話給負責民警或有關部門。
我3號早上已離開酒店，噪音問題攜程客服已幫我反饋至市環保文旅熱線，很快城管大隊反饋已書面警告非法施工單位，如果再有類似擾民情況，會沒收工具停業整頓，所以噪音問題你們後續住衹要不選馬路一側的房間，問題應該不大。如果再有問題請直接報警打110，然後給12345或0416-12369（根據提示選擇環保熱線、文旅熱線）投訴，一秒也不要猶豫，要麼你就衹能花錢買罪受。

第一次住 獨立大樓 裝修有點陳舊 但是衞生和便利程度依然不錯 位置也好 出門就是溝幫子商業城 附近吃飯的地方也多 旁邊還有燒雞專賣 方便快捷 服務也不錯 早餐簡單 但是也挺舒服 整體來説 性價比超高
