There are no lights on the 2nd floor. The corridor is dark and scary. The water in the bathroom is broken. After taking a shower, the water in the bathroom accumulates

四個人四張床，不被孩子擠，很舒服。就是裡外間需要共用空調，不太方便。走廊裏煙味很大，需要加強引導。前台妹妹登記身份證時，先給的她預訂人證件，並且告訴她是用這個名字預訂的，然後才給的其他人的證件，她一把抓過去所有身份證，馬上又問我拿什麼名字訂的？顯得很不專業，美甲也長長的，敲鍵盤很不利落。早餐自助，就是粥，幾樣小菜，花捲。雞蛋不能自取，有阿姨按人數發到你手裡，一人一個，還有一顆蛋白髮黃，明顯不新鮮了。也真的是無語，至於麼？有人吃十個？還是雞蛋十塊錢一個？無論是國內外的五星級，還是民宿農家樂，雞蛋摳成這樣我真是頭一回遇到，這樣真不好，改善改善吧。

開車的朋友可能不太方便，他酒店面前那個停車位可能不太夠，不過旁邊吃飯的地方太方便了，買東西。衞生挺乾淨的，沒有什麼異味兒。淋浴的花灑有點兒小問題，就是沒有一次性拖鞋。我7月份來阿勒泰這邊旅遊，一個人不過也沒問題

以前很少寫點評，這次真是忍不了啦，你們見過吃早餐雞蛋一人衹能吃一個的麼？把雞蛋放起來，給幾張餐券給幾個雞蛋，我説我一年恨不得有半年在出差住酒店第一次見早餐管控雞蛋的，大姐兇的很，説絕對不可能，雞蛋都是限量的，然後爭吵了幾句，後面我説我發到網上讓大家看看，看看大家住的酒店早餐有沒有限制吃幾個雞蛋的，大姐氣兇兇的跑過來説我給你拿來你吃完嗎？好傢伙感覺要揍我似的，真的嚇人的，其實也不是非要吃幾個雞蛋，是真的無法理解，難道現在真的連雞蛋都快吃不起了嗎？其他住客看不下去也説人家出來住酒店早餐也沒有遇到吃雞蛋限量的。還有，開的標間，想要兩張房卡沒毛病吧，人家一直堅持説一句話：一間房衹能給一張房卡，合著這家酒店的規矩就是規矩，根本不管你提的訴求是否合理，必須得按他們的來。再説説房間，説是重新裝修的，根本就是換湯不換葯，房間裏一股刺鼻的味道，從前台到餐廳服務員，遇到的所有工作人員的態度真的讓人感覺是我花了錢了，但還是我欠他們的。
