This hotel experience is amazing! The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. I accidentally left my jewelry when I checked in, so I contacted the beautiful lady at the front desk. Unexpectedly, the staff quickly helped me find it. They were patient and responsible throughout the whole process, showing professionalism and warmth in the details. I have to give a thumbs up! Come again next time~

首先面積不太大，三床房放兩個行李箱完全沒有地方打開（見圖1）。
其次有甲醛味道，一進門還挺明顯的。
而且設施非常一般，寫着4星，完全沒達到標準，説是全屋智能，實際上就是天貓精靈連着一些設備…
最後早餐也不太行，就一個枱子，衹有幾樣菜品（見圖2）

酒店很漂亮，有免費的停車場，房間設施都很完善，房間也很大，酒店的早餐簡單實惠。辦理入住時發現我訂錯了房型，前台的經理和工作人員隨即幫我免費變更了房型。另外在入住後由於保潔人員的失誤也發生了一件小意外，酒店的管理人員親自來到房間瞭解情況，非常及時地解決了問題，並做了道歉。酒店管理人員這種遇到問題不推諉，不扯皮，主動解決矛盾的工作態度和方法值得稱讚！

和朋友一起畢業旅行，途徑北屯作為歇腳點，訂了其中一個三人間，酒店裝修還比較新，設施服務配套都比較完善，住着還是挺舒服的，酒店還有早餐，味道也挺好的，真是極具性價比的選擇
