來北屯辦點事，在網上看到這家酒店，周邊吃飯的地方挺多的，前台很熱心的介紹周圍的好玩好吃的，房間也舒適乾淨，走廊的燈光看着挺好看的，出酒店往前走不到十分鐘就是這邊很出名的平頂山公園，景色很不錯，晚上吃完飯去散散步挺好的。

保潔大早上十點就開始打掃衞生，第一天晚上，門都不敲，直接刷卡進來了，然後我給前台説了一聲，第二天早上確實敲門了，敲完門也不問有沒有人，又直接進來了。這種保潔真的很影響居住體驗，想睡個懶覺都不行，十點鐘就開始在樓道大喊大叫，在房間還得擔心保潔會不會突然直接刷卡進來

辦入住那天晚上前台的兩人態度很難評，跟人不能好好交流，就給差評！！第二天自動給人辦退房，人不在房間且沒退房的情況下，房間的自費買的水也給拿走了，充電器落那也給拿走了。體驗感極差！！！
