My wife rented a cabin from you for one night (Bitigrenda B, 30th to 31st May 2025) for our family. She said our arrival would be quite late, around 9:00 PM. When we arrived (around 9:30 PM) we found this (see picture). I understood that work was ongoing, but we had clearly stated that we were going to rent a cabin, when, and you had accepted the booking and we had paid for it. Is it common for the entrance to be blocked by scaffolding? It looked like there were several people in the group who had ongoing work, but only our cabin looked like that. I moved the scaffolding and workbench so that we could easily use the main entrance. Completely unacceptable that I should have to do that myself, in my opinion. In addition, the Kr.450,- cleaning fee after one night of being there is quite steep, not least since we were quite tidy ourselves.
