"In general it is a good hotel!! Being almost full there were some inconveniences! (the air conditioning control disappeared from the room!! But it turns out that when we cleaned the room and after a while searching with those in charge of the hotel we found him fallen between the bed and the table!!! and also a water leak! but it was quickly resolved by the hotel's plumbers! and it must be recognized that despite some damage! the service is very friendly and fast! the breakfast is very good, and the correct facilities!!"

"A hotel worth recommending. First of all, the pick-up and drop-off are free, and there is a reception desk at the airport exit to arrange pick-up. The front desk staff is super nice, especially there is a handsome manager who helps to deal with various problems. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent within a ten-minute walk from Pigeon Rock"

MMVery nice, helpful, English speaking staff. The hotel is in a great location if you’re in Beirut for the tourism or the nightlife.
If you’re booking, do bear in mind that it’s got somewhat of a hostel vibe(even though it is a proper hotel) and if you’re looking for a place with lots of amenities you might not be as happy.
I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Beirut and will stay here again when I return.

GGuest UserThe hotel is only three minutes away from the beach. Before the day, I was worried that the conditions would be poor for the price of 400 yuan. As a result, the cleanliness was unexpectedly good. Each room has a balcony and double glass doors. Even if it faces the road, the sound insulation is very good. I gave it five stars, not because it is a five-star hotel, but because its location, room conditions, and service attitude are all great, so I recommend it to my friends in China.

CCHEWIt is indeed a very memorable stay. The staff and owner are very hospitable and knowledgeable of the best places to visit in Beirut and the whole of Lebanon. The room is good value for money and the place is right in the middle of the most vibrant part of Beirut.

Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.

Although the smell of the tap and shower water was unusual. Location of apartment is abit difficult to find from the street. But is within walking distance to Al-Hamra district & Raouche, and reasonable distance by Uber ride to the airport (costed no more than US$10).
