They have no refund policy even when you are not able to get your room due to an issue caused by their system. They will never give you your money back, instead they offer you to spend the night in the room you booked on any other date. This is beyond outrageous. Basic service like providing tea bags and milk in the fridge are not even met.

Basic facilities.
Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness.
Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control.
The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night.
Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7.
Can order outside delivery to the room.
Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

The location is very bad. Internet is very bad. The staff are nice, helping us change the room we booked on the first night on the second day. However, the room they hosted us on the first day was quite bad (Standard). However, on the second day, after asking to upgrade the room one level, the room we moved to was safe and beautiful (Suite). Not only did they not help with the tours, but as we learned later, they were trying to charge us an extra fee. Breakfast is very standard. Not worth buying. A hotel that definitely does not deserve 4 stars. Don't let the images fool you. The staff are good but the hotel is unfortunately bad.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and they have generators in case the electricity cuts off, we enjoyed our stay and the price was good , we will definitely come again, needs Renovation and I'm sure once the situation is better in Lebanon this hotel will be on top and its very close to the famous restaurant barbar

We came here for the first time, they checked us in right away, we were in shock, we were just super, thank you very much for the rest, for the delicious food, the drinks were high-quality, the parties were fun, we will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, the staff is very polite and not pushy.
