Nice hotel in the area of Hamra. Dont expect a big swimming pool. It is cery small. The rooms are big and clean and bed very confortable.

Simple and comfortable, suitable for business trips. The service at the front desk is very considerate and patiently explains a series of precautions. The bed is very comfortable, the lighting in the store is also good, and there is no strange smell.

The location of the hotel is very good, but there is no wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and the whole bathroom is always wet. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Even though we stayed for a week, there was only one bottle of water. Front desk service is very good.

A hotel with relatively good facilities. It is not far from the seaside and the Red Street. It is just a few steps away. There is a university next to it, so the nearby supporting facilities are very good.

No hair dryer, room service is always busy, everything else is good, the front desk is very friendly, the location is very good, next to the American University, it is very lively at night, there is everything to eat

We have stayed for 10 nights at Three O Nine Hotel and our overall experience was ok but the hotel is overpriced for what they provide. During reservation Najad was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a good location and it looks modern from outside, however the rooms need maintenance. I would like to highlight the below negative points: 1) Our kettle was very old and looks dirty; it needs to be replaced. 2) Almost everyday we had problems with our room card, and was really annoying going to the reception to make a new one. 2) The walls has water stain and needs painting; 3) On the second day I asked for more Nescafe and the receptionist said that this is a welcome drink only and for the next days it needs to be paid. Seriously? I was paying 75 USD for to stay in an average room and even the Nescafe is not complimentary? 4) The shower pressure is very low. 5) On our departure I requested for late check out and it was granted up to 2:30 p.m. When it was 2:40 p.m. we were finishing to organize our things and someone from housekeeping went to our room and started pushing us to leave, removing our luggage. I understand we exceeded the time, but I did not like this pressure that made us leave the hotel extremely nervous. On the other hand, the positive points: 1) The bathroom is nice and clean. 2) The cleaning is good. 3) Good location and our room was quiet.
