This place is located in the nicer areas of Beirut. Lots of nice upmarket restaurants. The service from the staff including Belal and Zeina are the best going the extra mile.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful staff. They were extremely helpful and welcoming, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere that anyone would appreciate. It’s an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers alike. They even didn't let me pay anything for a late checkout.

Ramada Downtown Beirut is a true hidden gem, tucked away on a relatively quiet (for Beirut) side street. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from excellent restaurants, luxury shops at Beirut Souks, the waterfront, and countless other attractions. And the price? An absolute steal! The facilities are impeccable, and the room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly pleasant. On my last visit, I stayed at the Phoenicia up the street, a renowned five-star hotel. Ironically, Ramada Downtown felt more five-star than the legendary Phoenicia. Even more astonishing—one night at the Phoenicia cost the same as four nights at Ramada Downtown. Without a doubt, I got far more than my money’s worth at Ramada. The staff were exceptional—so kind, caring, and genuinely friendly. I can’t recall a single time I left the hotel without them checking in on my stay and asking if there was anything they could do to assist. One staff member, Amira, truly stood out—she was always friendly and polite. However, the entire team was superbly welcoming. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, drama-free, easygoing, and affordable stay that won’t break the bank, Ramada Downtown Beirut is an ideal choice.

Amira from the Reservation Department is amazing! Very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend staying there for business or leisure. The hotel is located in the centre of the city and is close to everything. Highly appreciate the support and help!
