Really happy with my stay at Smallville. Great service from all staff at all times. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Love the touchscreen facilities inside the room & great amount of lighting. Balcony is a great size (it does get a bit dusty from the wind) with amazing city views. Breakfast is average but they serve non dairy milk so I was happy!! Wifi is good when connected but does disconnect daily. Would definitely stay here again!!

We visited this hotel on a recommendation from a friend. i would say it was a good hotel with a funky alternative design and vibe. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. Only downside really is that the bathrooms in the rooms are tiny and the balconies are not maintained well maybe because of the weather. Also I would say breakfast needs to be improved. But if i come back to lebanon i would probably stay again

This hotel is an anime cartoon theme, and the elevators and corridors are all anime-themed characters from the Avengers. There is a western restaurant outside on the first floor. The outside environment is average. It is full of all kinds of cars, so it is not easy to find. Breakfast is on the top floor with a view across Lebanon. There is a swimming pool, gym, but no hot springs.

Great place to stay in with a great terrasse to have a drink and spend good time. Staff are smiling and very helpful, specially Nour & Cérine, You rock !

I usually come here and conduct my quick meetings at the lobby. It just so happens a good friend of mine always starts here when he’s on business trips in Beirut so this is a perfect place to meet up with friends as well. It has an eclectic bar, a great restaurant and the staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The decor of the hotel is a kitch amalgamation of cabaret red with accents of art that’s filled all over the lobby and restaurant. What’s most special about this hotel is the proximity from downtown Beirut. It’s in a safe and quiet yet extremely convenient neighborhood of Beirut. I truly appreciate the leadership of the hotel as I’ve always been so well taken care of during my visits. Thank you Smallville! M

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel it was a great experience. The staff were really friendly and nice, once you arrive the front office service were great they helped us and answered our question. The room was decorated beautifully i was soo surprised with it. And also the food is great i really enjoyed it .I recommend coming to this hotel when coming to lebanon.

Wow!!! I have to tell you I’ve been to 98 countries over 350 times. So I use hotels a lot. The staff at Smallville have become such a family away from home and the hotel itself is immaculate. Anytime I go to Beirut I usually stay here 1-2 nights of my trip.

I had an incredible experience at SmallVille hotel Beirut! The staff at Red Street restaurant, especially Maria, Elisa, and Mejdi, were exceptional in their service. When I went upstairs to the 16th floor, Mohammed took great care of me too. The entire team is incredibly service-oriented, and I must say, during my long stay, I visited other hotels, but none matched the warm and attentive service that SmallVille provided. Keep up the fantastic job! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
