Great hospitality by the hotel staff all around and really nice room! Came here with my best friend and loved the location as well, super convenient and right by downtown.

No better place to stay in Beirut… simply the best! Indoor pool will be closed til June 15th 2023

This is a very good hotel in Beirut. Good location, hotel service and facilities are not bad. The lobby manager is very good, help us plan the travel route and help us charter. Entering the hotel has security check-ups and five days of trips to Lebanon have stayed at this hotel.

Benefits: The hotel room is large with a small balcony, the sea view is great, and the breakfast can be seen on the top floor. Disadvantages: 1. Book one month in advance and write an email to the hotel to book the airport pick-up service. After the arrival, I can't find the car. After I went to the hotel, I asked if I didn't even apologize. You can only drink mineral water from the small bar in the room. The cheapest one is a 2000LL bottle. 3. The hotel buffet breakfast is from 6 am to 11 am, but it is basically cold cuts, there is almost no hot food, and there are not many styles. 4. There is a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel, which will be open to the public. At 8/9 in the evening, the music was loud and loud until the early hours of the morning. The music and the crowd cheered only louder and louder, and could not sleep at all. 5. At 9 o'clock in the morning, I heard that the upstairs began to knock and beat the drill wall and was woken up in the repair. It was a great stay. Overall experience perfect. Cleanliness and friendliness and service just great . I would recommend the hotel to anyone who is traveling to lebanon especially if he is going to be in achrafiyeh. Out experience with Citea was just great . We both want to thank them for everything .

Simple and comfortable, suitable for business trips. The service at the front desk is very considerate and patiently explains a series of precautions. The bed is very comfortable, the lighting in the store is also good, and there is no strange smell.

”This hotel is not 4 stars!” Overall, my stay at this hotel was underwhelming compared to its advertised 4-star rating. The facilities and services felt more akin to a 2-star establishment. One major issue was the frequent electricity cuts from 2:00 AM to noon daily, which was highly inconvenient. The internet speed was also disappointing, peaking at only 2Mb/s. Additionally, the towels were unusable due to their discolored state, and the rooms were cramped. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke, which was concerning, and the bath tub was in poor condition. The balcony door didn't close properly, which affected privacy and security. On the positive side, the hotel manager was respectful and helpful, especially when we accidentally booked for the wrong month. The reception staff were also courteous. Considering the area, the price was reasonable. Overall, while the staff were pleasant, the hotel itself fell short of expectations in terms of amenities and upkeep, especially given its rating.

Room was very clean. The only issue I saw was the door for the bathroom is rotten. I asked the cleaning maid for clean towels and she ignored me. When arriving at hotel, I had to wait about 45 minutes for a room to be ready and the baggage boy just threw my luggage on the floor without any regards for its contents. I tried to order food for lunch at about 1300 and the lady that answered room service just said no breakfast and hung up. I wanted to order a burger from their menu. So I opted to go eat outside of the hotel. Other than that... the stuff was great. The hotel is being remodeled so lots of construction noise in the morning and lots of routy guests at night and no one tells them to be quiet.
