衞生乾淨，晚上不小心把水弄到床單上了，前台不到兩分鐘就幫我安排服務員過來換了，服務是真的好，環境也很温馨，大堂寬敞，古典歐式風格加上米黃色的光個人感覺很助眠，我有一年多沒來北流了，北流比之前乾淨了很多，奎江的夜景還是挺漂亮的，離酒店六公里左右有一個很小眾的木棉文化村，村裡有個圖書館和手工陶藝館，很安靜很休閑，對了，大容山可以把車直接開到露營基地，很方便，上面的風車很好看。

前台服務差，靠懵，直接去前台問價，不報價，愛理不理，逼着到攜程定房，凌晨一點去的，不開開午夜房，非得説凌晨兩點才能開，要我等到兩點才入住，凌晨兩點才算午夜，是你們維也納單方面的規定嗎？也就你們不同，我是維也納的老客户了，最差的一次體驗，以後不住了！

每次出遊，維也納是我的必選，價格合理，住的也乾淨衞生。床上用品睡的也舒服，家人和小孩都很滿意這次的入住。給個小建議：為什麼沒有洗澡穿的拖鞋？衹有一次性拖鞋不實用。

北流唯一的一家維也納，價格親民，原以為很一般，入住體驗後是真的物超所值，房間雖然不大，但是處處精心小細節，衞生乾淨，配有茶具和小糖果，早餐也相當豐盛，值得下次再入住。

酒店工作人員寫錯房卡號（住5樓，她寫成6樓的房間），導致我走錯樓層，無法打開房間，跟重複開房一樣是個比較嚴重的問題，希望下次不要再有這種錯誤。

第二次來了，一如既往的滿意，服務好，一番溝通之後前台很爽快的給了早餐，早餐品種還算多，味道也不錯，發了個文檔叫前台打印還幫我調了一下排版，業務能力還是很在線的，房間空調有自動模式，晚上也不用擔心着涼什麼的，聽他們説酒店空調剛做過內外機清洗大保養，還是很給力的，房間衞生乾淨整潔，毛巾都用袋子裝好，阿姨很好，叫送一兩瓶水很爽快的就答應了。各方面都還算挺滿意的。
