This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, ready to help on any issue. Cleanliness in the hotel, room service at the highest level. Huge variety of food and drinks. And the breakfasts and dinners on the 15th floor with panoramic views of the river were very impressive. Special thanks to the responsive manager Kayla for her kindness.

I stayed only one night for a birthday weekend with some friends, and the hotel is absolutely amazing. I was upgraded to a suite-like room and I loved the bathtub. The service is great, everyone is friendly and I had wonderful service from one of the employees named Osborn! I was happy that some of the workers spoke some English, but everyone is very polite. We enjoyed the Okterberfest event at the hotel, the ride on the boat was pleasant as well. We didn’t get to bike ride but had a fun time watching people riding and enjoy the nice weather.

Love this tranquil and scenic hotel. One of the best hotels ever stayed. Service is very good and room was clean, spacious and comfy. The view of the Yanqi Lake is fanatic where you can see sunrise. The pagoda next to the hotel was quite a view especially at night. The landscaping is also flawless especially during the time I visit in Autumn where you see the colorful foliage. The hotel is situated close to Mutianyu and Jinkou Great Wall sections which is very convenient for my hike in both sections during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: The room was upgraded from the villa building to the second floor of the main building of the hotel. The highest floor of the hotel is the third floor. From the balcony of the room, you can see the surface of Yanqi Lake. The hotel room has a high ceiling and a large room. The bed is moderately soft and hard. The buckwheat pillow provided by the hotel is very comfortable. The size of the hotel's bathtub is the most suitable I have used this year. You can lie in the bathtub very comfortably. Look at the stars of Yanqi Lake at night. There are two free capsule coffees, two ordinary black tea bags, and two green tea bags in the room. The hotel's toiletries are fragrant and effective. Hygiene: From the moment you enter the hotel gate area, you can see the staff tidying up the park. There is almost no domestic garbage in the park. The small rest area facing the Yanxi Lake in the hotel lobby is also clean. The pool is clear and you can see the bottom. There is no peculiar smell. Mosquitoes are rarely seen in the hotel. I checked in in August, and there are more other insects, which come out at night. I saw various flying insects and cicadas while strolling. Environment: The hotel environment is very good. The trees and flowers are all trimmed, and the scenery is also very beautiful. The interior of the hotel is decorated with some Chinese paintings, and there are also many stones and ceramics. Service: The hotel's waiters are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. It is always appropriate not to make people feel overly enthusiastic. In particular, the front desk girl Yoyo who helped me check in carefully explained to me how the hotel's activities are charged, how to visit the park, and helped me upgrade the room type. If the only regret is that the hotel's breakfast tastes average, the fried vegetables are really a big failure. The snow peas and carrots are fried, and the snow peas are fried overcooked and soft. The lotus root slices are fried with carrots, and the lotus root slices are also fried soft. The stir-fried kale is also fried soft and bitter. The leafy vegetables in the salad area are placed on the third layer and are very difficult to pick up.
