The small courtyard is very clean. The living room and corridors of the house are also very clean. The furniture and appliances in the guest rooms are not very new but they are complete. The sheets and quilts are not new. I found a small piece of white plastic strips from under the quilt and dirty strips. Fortunately, I brought sheets and quilts, so I made do with it all night.

The first time I went to Beijing, the first stop was Mubusanju. I was very surprised. There was a terrace with a beautiful night view. The room was clean and tidy. There was a noodle breakfast. The front desk guy and the food lady were very enthusiastic and frank. It made people feel like spring breeze. The children were very happy. 新年我們一家四大一小在這裏度過了一個難忘的四天三夜。 首先小院非常乾淨，床上用品、衛生間、廚房、院子都非常整潔，我們能夠安心地入住。 其次，小院的裝修風格很輕鬆溫暖，很洋氣，又很實用，我們全家都很喜歡，沒有農家院的那種土氣。 另外，小院各項設施布置得合理且溫馨，房間內外準備的各項物品也非常細緻貼心。我母親一直在稱讚房東細心能幹，必要的東西都準備了，沒用的東西一件都沒有。比如我們在入住過程中需要的一次性手套、紅酒開瓶器、等等沒想到房東都有準備，在我們到達前就詢問了我們需要的做飯調料並提前準備。再比如除了準備燒烤用的碳，還準備了固體酒精以便我們可以輕鬆將碳點燃等等。我們住的第一天夜裡就下了雪，第二天一大早房東就來悄悄地把門口的雪都掃了個乾淨。足以見得房東的用心，讓我們一家覺得很感動很溫暖！ 總體而言這是一次非常愉快的體驗，我們一家盼望天暖和些再來小住！
