Great location! Easy walk to Forbidden Palace and Tiananmen Square. Great shopping and snack areas nearby like Wangfujing and Qianmen Streets. We were happy to have three individual beds for the three of us. Breakfast buffet was good. Bathroom was outdated with embedded floor stains and hair on the floor and bathtub. A nonsmoking room is pointless when everyone smokes in the hallway and in the rooms next to you with the doors open. It all ends up in the room. China is awesome! We had much fun.

Clean, small, modern, functional room. For me as European the breakfast was not very varied, mostly Chinese dishes. Also, no real lobby or place to sit outside your room. Good for a short one or max 2 night stay to visit highlights of Beijing but for longer stay where you would like some hotel comfort would not really recommend.

The Liuguo Hotel in the past has a sense of history~ The former Liuguo Hotel - No. 5, Qianmen East Street, Dongcheng District. Zhang Xueliang once stayed there, where Lin Huiyin and Liang Sicheng got married. The dance floor has been transformed into a restaurant, and the murals on the dome and stained glass windows can also restore the scene of the year. It’s just a few hundred meters away from Tiananmen Square, and there are shared bicycles downstairs☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️It’s super convenient for travel.

Capital One hotel is a five star hotel with all the amenities you might want or need. The location is within walking distance to Tianamen and The forbidden City.  Chongwenmen subway station is less than 500 meters. The staff was super helpful Note: 我的中文不好😂）。 Already looking forward to another trip.
