3-Star Hotels in Beijing

The location is good, close to Dongzhimen metro station (AP line). There are many places to eat around the hotel, and there is also a morning market. The hotel room is okay, not brand new, but cozy. The hotel service was attentive and fast.

The hotel is in the 6th ring. Most attractions are on the 2nd ring. Due to traffic, taking a taxi would take around 45 minutes from the hotel to the attractions. Our bad as we didn’t know about this. There was a slight construction outside but it did not bother us in the morning to late morning and at night. Doors are pretty thin so we could hear the cleaners knocking on doors of other rooms. Only one lift. There was lots of snacks provided in the hotel lobby. A nice restaurant right next to the hotel as well.

The folks who work there were very helpfull. It is a good location ... but it is very close to some big bars and K-TV places so I am sure on a Friday night might be pretty wild. Rooms are small. Very good value and quality. Our room was very close to the lobby ... so not ideal.

The staffs are very helpful and there are water refilling station, coffee machine, teas, candies/snacks available in the lobby. There is a free shadow puppet show every tues, thurs and sat and the show is amazing! After the show, the master will show the audience how the puppets are being made and how they are moving. The bedroom is average. There are insects on my side of the bed. Not sure if it is because it is near the window. I'm also a light sleeper so the noise proofing is not really good as I can hear the children playing in the hallway so better have earplugs to block the noise. Location was a little hard as it is in a hutong and there are no food stores nearby when you walk out of the hotel. The nearest train station is maybe 10 to 15 mins by foot. Since the hotel is in a hutong, the streets are really narrow only allowing one lane of car to pass by as the other lane is occupied by parked cars. It was hard to take taxi.

In general, the services and facilities are acceptable. The hotel upgraded my better room type without extra charges. It really showed a good customer oriented service. The hotel location is just next to few beer pubs and some good restaurants. The price is reasonable for food and beers. There is one restaurant that can be considered nearby where they provide charcoal grilled skewers and whole lamb leg. They really provide tasty and succulent meat. The restaurant is called Black Forest, Chaoyang. You will definitely like and value for money.

Amazing hotel, I had such a fun time in Beijing and a main reason because the hotel was so incredible. Friendly staff. Take-away robot which delivers to your door, a little gym, sophisticated toilets with a bidet and different settings. Best place I've stayed, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone and I would happily come back to Beijing just to stay at this hotel.

I booked a twin bed room for 1 night. The location is central, but there is way too much traffic in that area. My DiDi ride took 20 minutes in front of the hotel just to make a short U-turn. Better to take metro. But if you have luggage then that option is not good either as the station is far from the hotel. Front desk is friendly but they don’t speak English. The room does not have a wardrobe. Not recommended.

The location is good, close to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street, the Forbidden City and Lao She's former residence. High security. There is a traffic police standing guard at the nearby intersection, and there is an iron gate with a card on the way to the second floor. Traveling is convenient, with the bus stop right at the door. Convenient for eating, there is a coffee shop downstairs and a Four Seasons restaurant next to it. Fu Roast Duck Restaurant. There are also many delicious foods. Good service attitude, perfect. The environment is beautiful, and there is an open-air terrace on the second floor with seats. Clean and tidy.

Definitely is the place to stay. Awesome, friendly, helpful, the best service we had. Very considerate especially w elderly. Go extra effort to sent our elderly by car to tourist are even though is nearby. They even recommend and assist us in the daily itinerary. Is a homey stay we had. Love it. The housekeeping has room to improve. The room are not heated. Hence, bit cold
