Location very convenient, room very bright, modern, full of arts and very spacious.  Restaurant and lobby very comfortable, beautiful.  Breakfast choices a bit not that many.  Only defects that I found dirts on the quilt cover, but they changed it immediately after I reported.  Very courteous staffs.

The hotel located at Wangfujing, near attraction places like Temple Of Heaven, Tian’men Square and The Forbidden City and it has easy access to public transport. As for breakfast, there’s a lot to be choose from, and for Muslim guest, there’s some halal selection (you need to look for the halal remark and choose wisely). Staff can communicate in English very well. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay at Wangfujing area.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful and friendly staffs. I would especially like to give a big shoutout to Kevin for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He suggested upgrading to a suite at a very affordable price and it was absolutely worth it—the room was spacious and even had two toilets! Kevin also assisted us in booking dinner at the hotel restaurant and secured a special rate for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. His attentive service truly made our stay memorable. As for the location, while the hotel is not exactly on Wangfujing Street, it is conveniently located in Jingbao and just a short 2-3 minute walk to Dengshikou subway station. This made getting around the city incredibly easy. Opposite the hotel, there’s a 24-hour convenience store that serves hot food and right next to it, a local restaurant offers authentic breakfast options. Overall, the location is excellent for anyone looking for a hotel close to a subway station. Highly recommended for its convenience, friendly staff and great service!

We love this hotel for the location and the size of the room. The place is very luxurious but one thing that can be improved is the temperature for the rooms. They over used the heater and we had to ask to lower it. It still felt too warm. We asked them to open the room window but still it was too hot. The breakfast was very good with some room for improvement. The buffet looked cramped in an area of the restaurant. The location of some of the items wasn’t the most strategically. For instance, to grab some fruit you have to be practically on top of other items of the salad bar. People could literally breath on top of the food. Overall this hotel is great but it needs a major upgrade in the rooms and the wet area of the gym/pool. The showers there need some work. The steam room wasn’t working. Only the dry sauna worked. It need better cleaning as well

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

We went for a weekend staycation. Even. The the weather did not cooperate the hotel was great. Staff is friendly and professional. They are very accommodating, even though we checked in late, the restaurant still made us a full meal for dinner and they were near closing. There are plenty of food options (breakfast buffet was mediocre but had tasty choices), nice bar, great location, and shopping inside and around. The interior decor is excellent.

Our family of 6 stayed at the Kerry Hotel for 2 nights during our time in Beijing in two Deluxe King Rooms that were connected. The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location, connected to the mall and indoor walkways so you can keep warm during the cold winter months. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Pros: - high end beautiful hotel and good looking rooms/bathrooms - the kerry bakery is right beside the lobby, offering good price coffee/lattes/pasties/western and chinese breakfast options at an affordable price - the optional buffet breakfast has a good selection and is very nice as well, though for the price, i would prefer having breakfast at the Kerry Bakery instead - has a swimming pool which we didn't have time to try - very clean hotel; housekeeping is very diligent - provides ample water in rooms for hotel guests - toilet seats are high end, Heated and has an auto flush system Cons: - the hotel website advertises that they have an indoor playroom for children which was a big reason for me wanting to book this hotel. However, upon checking in, we find out this indoor playroom is in fact Not part of the hotel, but runs independently inside of the adjacent mall and is not included with your stay at the hotel. You have to pay to use it. This is not made clear at all on the Kerry Hotel Webpage and they advertise this playroom as part of their gallery on their website, leading customers like me to think the playroom is part of the hotel, like the swimming pool. No where on the website states this play area is not a part of the hotel or that it needs to be paid for. I found this false advertising very misleading, so deducted a star from the Facilities rating - Beds were unfortunately only mediocre in my opinion. I found their pillows lack support and i had some stiff neck when waking up. Their mattresses could be better too- it was...okay...i rate it a B or C+

Very conveniently located next yo a huge shopping mall, Indigo which has EVERYTHING you need. The staff were very helpful in every step. The front-desk use English very well, as well. The room is well designed with lots of hidden drawers which look very clean and minimal. A plus for very good quality shampoo and stuff ✨

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. Very friendly staff, ready to help on any issue. Cleanliness in the hotel, room service at the highest level. Huge variety of food and drinks. And the breakfasts and dinners on the 15th floor with panoramic views of the river were very impressive. Special thanks to the responsive manager Kayla for her kindness.

I picked this hotel because it is very close to the US Embassy and a lot of other embassies. My girlfriend had an early appointment at the US Embassy in the morning. The men's locker room has a sauna and a cold plunge pool right next to each other. I loved going back and forth between the two.
