🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]廚房客廳KTV湯池一應俱全，廚房裡各類鍋具，空氣炸鍋，電飯煲，湯鍋都有，特別好。湯池很乾凈，温度冬天也不會冷
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東大哥人很好説話，有疑問還有湯池温度不合適反饋也很及時，讓多拿幾雙拖鞋也提前備好了

民宿挺好找，跟着房東發的指引直接到了，門口可以停1-2輛車。內部空間很大，下沉式的客廳，4間卧室，配套有麻將桌和ktv，每個卧室都有衞生間，衞浴乾濕分離。
房東熱情，第二天還給買了早餐，燒餅特別香～另外，同行的朋友説，房東拍的照片沒有體現出現場的好，可以考慮重新拍組專業的房間圖，哈哈！
餐廳裏有一台自動售貨機，掃臉付款就行，非常方便。
離飯館和小超市都不遠，溜達就到。
小愛音箱智能家居，戴森吹風機，智能馬桶圈，床品、紙巾、衞浴用品也都有品質保證。
從梨樹溝過來的，離金海湖也不遠。唯一的遺憾是天冷，沒有體驗院子裏的小泳池，等暖和了可以再來～

非常滿意的入住體驗！房間比圖片上還要漂亮，佈置得很用心，設施都很新。整體環境也很好，晚上很安靜不吵鬧，枕頭很舒服，一晚上都睡得很好。房東超級靠譜，溝通順暢，下次還會選擇入住這家民宿。

住過很多民宿 這家民宿簡直是天花板級別，房東熱情周到，一進入房間就明顯能感覺到房東在裝修上很用心，每一個房間的設施和床品都很奈斯，沒有一個地方是湊活的，得到了我們小夥伴們的一致好評，孩子們在泳池裡玩的也很開心，房東都是提前給換好水，提前加熱，到了就馬上能玩，這點真的是很贊。下次到平谷肯定還是要住他家，祝老闆生意興隆。

裝修的非常不錯的一個民宿小院，硬件沒話説，住了這麼多比較不錯的連鎖民宿，這家確實是數一數二的。吹風機是戴森的，冰箱是帶製冰機的，還有飲料自動販賣機，想喝什麼隨時可以掃碼買，除蚊蠅設備也很齊全，還裝修了一個唱k房，娛樂非常豐富！
