Yuantuo Hotel (Beijing Global Resort) Reviews

Holiday trip in beijing. Very near metro. Easy access to supermarket and many eateries nearby. Breakfast was good. Hotel is from 15 floor upwards. Check in lobby on 15th floor.

For the price we paid it was really good experience, very clean and cute room design. Really close to Universal studio if you’re planning to go there, also you can rent harry potter’s cosplay from here. Breakfast were clean but I just didn’t like the taste, my friends liked it tho. Liked the orange juice they were giving us. Metro station is super close too, only downside is that there were no good restaurant near. Employees were very generous and understanding even though we didn’t speak chinese. Special thanks to Huang ^.^

My sons and husband stayed in this room. They found it comfortable and clean. It is in a great location near and accessible to universal studios.

It was so clean and high service. I liked it the most because it was near to universal and railway station. Room service and breakfast were good. Already I’m missing.Thank u. I will go again if I go to Beijing.😊

best location if you go to universal studio. hotel is located near metro station line 1 in beijing. so you can go to center of beijing just one metro. breakfast is not much but okay. thanks for front desk guys was being nice.

We stayed at the hotel with a child for two nights on the 20th floor. There was a very strong smell of smoke on the entire floor, including in our room. Next to us, there were Chinese guests who did not close their doors and continuously smoked in their rooms as a group. It felt like a gas attack. We reported this to the reception, and the manager appeared surprised, but the problem was not resolved. The room had excellent decor and technical features, almost like a smart home. The toilet had a heating function, and there was good water in the shower (although not very hot, unfortunately). Upon our check-in, the toilet inside the room was dirty. The windows throughout the building were dirty from the outside, significantly affecting the overall impression. Breakfast was very unusual for a European, but perhaps it's normal for the Chinese.

The room is very smart, the kids like it. I forgot to take photos of the hotel. There are many types of breakfast, and the set meal comes with two people. I communicated with the bar and they gave the kids another one. Thank you very much. It is very convenient to pick up and drop off at Universal Studios. I will recommend it to my friends next time... Overall it's very good. The hotel is in a high-rise building, sharing space with other hotels, but it has everything. The room decoration is quite unique, and there is a global shuttle bus every morning.

I was cheated by Ctrip! I called to ask for a disposable cup, but it took 40 minutes to deliver. The hotel kettle was not easy to use. As soon as I walked in, I felt that my life was not safe, sandwiched between office buildings. The first floor of the hotel looked like a messy warehouse. The hotel was low in space, with a strong musty smell. The hotel had narrow passages, especially the curtains that could not be closed tightly!

The hotel room recommended by a colleague was nice and clean, and they upgraded the room type for us. Since we were going to travel around the world early the next morning, they also packed breakfast for us.
