The owner's attitude was very bad, as if I was making trouble unreasonably. , the deposit was not refunded, and finally Ctrip intervened and transferred the deposit to me. Because I didn’t want to leave a negative review, I didn’t leave pictures of the room and previous chat records. Later pictures of the chat records were shown because the store’s attitude in handling the problem was extremely bad, so I just chose to write this review. They are all real reviews. 一次性牙刷洗漱用品很質量非常差，浴巾掉屑不吸水，衹有一雙女士拖鞋，沙發上、床上多處有疑似毛髮物，整體感覺真的很差勁，滿分5分，0.5不能再多了。

到步第一天問屋主上岸站應是那一個出口？他說只得一個出口，其實是有四個出口的。屋主（**)在我們住宿期間，擅自未得我們同意之下進入屋內拿取東西，我已經說了我們不在屋內，請他晚上才來，結果還是進來了，大家要小心。今次北京體驗不好，沒有下次。 1.電視機不能看(屋主說是要會員才可以看，只能看6分鐘） 2.熱水爐沖一半變凍水，足足在厠所內等了45分鐘才有些熱水 3.床上有一隻昆蟲自行殺掉 4.沖涼不能去水、同屋主**講，他說這裡是民宿，還要老公自行清理去水渠，我住過不只一間民宿，包括首爾、斧山、曼谷、芭堤雅、台北，全部價錢設施服務也比這間好很多，這些事情租屋也應該是業主負責吧！無辦法第二天自行幫忙清潔了廁所及去水位，誰知第四天沖涼去水位又塞了🤦🏻♀️，第五天也一樣塞🤦🏻♀️ 5.廁所污糟、擺放衣物位置鐵架生銹，第一天去到就已經自行清理。 6.廚房鋅盤多污漬，有電磁爐，但沒有可煮食的用具。 7.雪櫃是要自己移開，自己插電掣才能使用 8.收200押金、本身說要去公安局影身份證、最後屋主宋先生用手機影相身份證就可以了。這些在其他民宿也未曾試過，出發後才通知需要這樣的手續。

小區環境比較好，距離天街也比較近。管家服務也比較到位，會主動聯繫。房間設備比較老舊，牆面潮的都掉牆皮，樓上有一股黴味兒，應該是上一家租客換下來的床單被罩，洗乾淨了直接晾在屋子裡了。其他沒毛病～

首鋼展會入住的，離得很近，房間很不錯，特別是管家服務特別好，熱情又可愛也就算了，還很帥，1米8大個，絕絕子啊

超級滿意 設施：非常全，最主要是有一次性馬桶墊 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：小區環境風場好，離地鐵還近 服務：服務周到，秒答，體驗感超好。

離橋户營地鐵站很近，大約800米，走路10多分鐘，設施比較齊，有熱水，有獨立衞生間，有wifi，空調效果很好，如果大床中間不凹陷就更好了，總的來説還是不錯的。
