I had a difficult time finding the hotel because the name on the building was different from the one listed in the booking confirmation. This caused confusion and unnecessary hassle upon arrival.
Additionally, when I requested room cleaning, they only emptied the trash but did not make the bed or clean other parts of the room. This was quite disappointing as it did not meet basic cleaning standards.
Lastly, the location was less convenient than expected. It’s a 15 to 20-minute walk to the nearest station, which can be tiring, especially when carrying luggage.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Jianguomenwai Street, 10 minutes from the subway station and bus station. I went to Qianmen Street and ate Donglaishun in Wangfujing.
