這家店是我近幾年住過最差的民宿。我們是來南山滑雪場滑雪，搜附近度假酒店，結果這家上榜，看評論覺得還行，然後來了發現這裏就是農村土房，周圍正經超市都沒有，另外有上當的感覺，因為市區離滑雪場很近，這家店反而離滑雪場不進。但卻有推薦，這裏嚴重懷疑刷評論。四人間當晚售價1780元，這個價格在這個酒店純屬被坑，酒店衞生間很小，榻榻米裝修簡陋，用的都是廉價傢俱。網購居多，質量特別差。店員總共兩個大姐，説話賊橫。另外這邊吃飯也特別不方便，吃什麼都需要提前預訂，餐廳裏面一股油味，環境真心“感人”。能不來就別來，別被坑了。附實際成交截圖，在圖四。

住宿環境乾淨整潔，屋裡淡淡清香，帶了孩子，阿姨很貼心的給我安上了護欄，下雨天也有雨傘送到屋裡，唱了KTV，打了桌球，我們不想自己動手燒烤，也是服務大姐給我們烤好了端進來，非常讚的住宿體驗，走的時候雨傘忘帶了，順豐當天給我寄回。非常感謝三天兩宿的照顧！有機會會再去

昨天帶着孩子來密雲，之前定的時候是看到這家名宿是新裝修的，而且還有個大泳池，孩子們可以游泳，晚上六點到突然狂風暴雨，沒能進行篝火晚會，要不這兒在院子裏可以燒烤放電影。九點多雨後可以感受到郊區難得的雨後清新空氣，這兒的裝修也比較新穎，空調也給的很足，不僅沒有一絲炎熱，晚上還有一丟丟冷。房間的設計也很合理，我們帶着孩子，就給升級了日式榻榻米，公共場合也很不錯，有茶室去還有影音室，甚至還能玩會兒街機。總體感覺不錯。

優點：
1.服務跟得上，週中人少能顧得過來，老闆很熱情。
2.房間乾淨，場地很大夠孩子們玩。游泳池比一般的民宿都要大，孩子們玩瘋了。
3.孩子們可玩的東西挺多的。有泳池，鞦韆，蹦床，桌球……孩子們不會無聊，夜景也很美。
4.晚餐可以點燒烤，也可以自帶，味道不錯。
不足：唯一不足的地方就是早餐略顯敷衍，種類比較少味道也不太好，速凍包子和豆漿都是涼的，跟住過的其他民宿的早餐差距有點大。
親子房的鏡子燈關不上有點亮，挨着馬路凌晨五六點開始有車吵。介意的可以訂其他房型。其他都挺好。

真的很不錯，服務很好，酒店各處細節做的都很到位，房間有智能設施，床品洗漱用品品質不錯。户外維護特別好，蚊蟲很少。過了一個非常愉快的小假期。給酒店點贊。

北京悦築party親子度假民宿，我們能夠在週五晚入住真是意外的驚喜。
首先這個民宿位置非常好找，內部環境一流，娛樂設施齊全，最值得點讚的是房間內的床品非常棒，睡覺真是太舒服了，完全不用開空調。
房間用品和設施都很用心，感覺也比較乾淨，很貼心。
民宿內用餐也是很不錯，提前預訂晚餐，到店後在户外吃着烤串喝着啤酒真是非常愜意，還有露天電影可以看，超大屏幕。
民宿的服務也不錯，小要求都能滿足。
整體上來講，這是我住過最好的民宿之一，非常值得再去入住哦。
