The hotel blocked our hotel access card on the second night of stay after tiring day at the Great Wall, claiming that we only paid for a single night. Shown evidence of payment and got the access back but no apology offered. Internet is only available for chinese nationals, not for international tourists without chinese phone number (false advertisement red flag, guys). Worst customer service experience - except for the kind old security guard at lobby, he’s the only nice thing about the hotel.

Electric kettle was broken, we asked to replace it with a new one, but they also gave broken one. Shower had problems, they fixed it. Hotel has no restaurant, no breakfast available at the hotel.

Average location....Room also fine not up to the mark.......

The room is spacious with windows, clean and sanitary. Convenient transportation, highly recommended.

It has been renovated and I am satisfied with it, but the strange thing is that all the bathroom settings are old, even more dilapidated than those at home, like they were picked up from a second-hand beach.

Because I drove here from another place, I couldn't enter the Second Ring Road. This hotel is on the outer side of the Second Ring Road. It's an old hotel, clean and comfortable, relatively quiet. Parking is in the alley. It's a surprise that Beijing's roadside parking is free. I recommend this hotel. It's close to the subway station and convenient for eating. Especially to the Drum Tower, Nanluoguxiang, Beihai Park, Jingshan Park, and the Forbidden City, you can walk or ride a bike.

The front desk was afraid that the baby would fall off the bed if he slept restlessly at night, so they took the initiative to change us to a king-size bed room. I like their thoughtfulness. The hotel is built by Dianjian, and it seems that there are regular guests on business trips. There is a shelf for express delivery at the door, a public refrigerator, and you can only take the elevator by swiping a card. Safety and hygiene are basically guaranteed. The original central air conditioner seems to have been stopped, and a new wall-mounted air conditioner has been installed. I see there is also a radiator...

The feeling of moving in was terrible. The carpet was too worn, damp and smelly. The facilities were old and worn. The waiter changed several rooms, but they all had the same bad smell. If it hadn't rained, they would have changed!

Very well located, five minutes walk from the blue line metro stop that takes you everywhere. Good places to eat nearby. The only drawback was the Wi-Fi that didn't work well. The staff was very friendly. 

It's really good. In this location, the price is not expensive, and it's a standard room. It's not far from the Drum Tower and Shichahai, and there are many old restaurants along the way. Very convenient

The front desk lady is very nice. The location is very good. There is a Huguo Temple snack bar at the door. It is very convenient to have breakfast and it is very affordable. It is not far from the subway station, about 7 or 8 minutes. The subway can go anywhere, so it is quite convenient to travel.

The room is not very good, but it is nice to live in. They also deliver water, slippers and other things every day, which is very considerate! They also clean the room every day. Finally, I have to mention that the light in the room is dim.

The facilities are indeed a bit old, but the location to the hotel is still good, and the subway is convenient. There are mosquitoes, and we swatted them every night. The service attitude is good, thoughtful and attentive.
