We really enjoyed our stay at Hanting hotel. We, my mother, sister and I, stayed for about a week. The boy of the reception handled our check in and made us feel at home. His help was exceptional and he had a lot of patience with us, me being new in China and not speaking any of the language yet. He solved all of our online troubleshooting and helped us with information of different destinations in the city. The girls in charge of the house-keeping were also very kind and warm. The women at the reception were also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is spotless and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff were very accommodating and sweet.

The hotel was clean with good amenities. They even provided additional items such as hair ties, slippers, and more through their app. The staff was kind and helpful as well.
